Rural elegance and traditional facilities. Wonderful.
Pros:

Beautiful German manor with elegant, old fashioned, courtyard buildings. Traditional no-nonsense facilities and timeless rooms, furniture and firm beds. Just as it should be. I can’t imagine that things have changed here much in the last few decades; nostalgia, tradition and the Eucken/Heye family’s home feature throughout. But everything is well maintained and functional. If you want soft towels, modern facilities, and a bidet this is not for you. This rural, traditional Gutshof is lovely. Breakfast superb.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was just right.

Die Unterkunft war ruhig und gut

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch gehalten (Aufbackbrötchen vom Discounter). Kein Honig, kein Nutella. Wurstsortiment das billigste vom billigsten.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr toll angerichtet in einem Gemütlichen extra Raum. Sehr rustikal zum Ländlichen Ambiente. Es gab frische Eier von den Hauseigenen Hühnern und Marmelade selbst gemacht.

Good but loud
Pros:

Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good. Temperature in the room was very good. Fresh air from outside.

Cons:

Walls between the rooms and corridor were very thin. The floor was making unpleasant sounds with every step. Luckily all the guests were silent but we could hear every step. Bed was also making strange noise with every move.
