Denna gång tveksamt städat men bra frukost och vänlig personal.

Centralt läge. Vänlig personal. Mkt bra frukost. Hundvänligt!

Cons:

Vid tillfället var restaurangen stängd pga renovering utan föregående info. Problem eftersom samtliga övriga restauranger i Bitburg stängde före vi hann dit.

Heerlijk en royaal ontbijt.
Vriendelijk geholpen.

Cons:

Zowel receptie als restaurant zijn op zondag gesloten.
Dat is niet erg. Maar wel handig om vantevoren te weten. En lastig als iets niet werkt zoals zou moeten.

We would recommend to anyone visiting Bitburg and would certainly stay here again!
Pros:

Lovely place to stay with a very comfortable room. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Bitburg was the mid point of our vacation, when we inquired about a place to do some laundry we learned there wasn't any place in town however they offered to do a wash for us. Additionally, the restaurant and bar was beautiful with the Cordon Blue being the best we've had! Great job!

Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale, avons eu la bonne surprise de trouver un très grand espace bien aménagé !
L'hôtel est situé très proche du centre-ville.
Petit déjeuner continental très complet, bons produits, personnel agréable.

Cons:

Nous n'avons rencontré âme qui vive dans l'hôtel jusqu'à l'heure du petit déjeuner ; on récupère sa carte de chambre en composant un code (qui devrait vous être envoyé par mail, ce qui n'était pas notre cas). Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec bagages et enfants sur le trottoir devant la porte close, avons dû téléphoner au numéro inscrit sur l'entrée... l'accueil téléphonique a été cependant très sympathique.
Pas de climatisation, seulement des rafraîchisseurs, insuffisants pour lutter contre la forte chaleur.

Mooi uitgebreid ontbijt, met goede balans tussen stevig en gezond. Veel mooi fruit bij het ontbijt.
We hadden een drie persoonskamer, erg mooi, in feite was het een appartement

Jammer dat ze deze kamer nog verhuren.

De ontvangst, de afstand tot het centrum en het ontbijt

Cons:

Geen airco, geen ventilator in de kamer, het raam/annex vluchtweg was kapot en konden wij dus niet openen. Geen uitzicht op de stad maar op de brandtrap.super hete niet geventileerde kamer. Prive ventilator gebruikt. Bij melding volgende dag kreeg booking overal de schuld van. Geen enkel begrip dat het zo gelopen was alleen boosheid.
