Brandalarm ging af op tijdens oud en nieuw, niemand van de receptie bereikbaar, pas nadat een hotelgast de oversteek had gemaakt naar naastgelegen hotel, nachtreceptionist had het alarm niet meegekregen, pas na 20 minuten kwam de nachtreceptionist,

Onveilig gevoel, geen goede brandveiligheid,

Pros:

Na herhaaldelijk vragen om een invoice, deze tot op heden nog niet ontvangen. Ik wordt compleet genegeerd, terwijl ik de invoice nodig heb om deze te declareren aan mijn werkgever.
Ik zal dan ook nooit geen gebruik meer maken van deze accomodatie.

Klein aber fein und modern
Pros:

Super schönes modern eingerichtetes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage. Unkomplizierter Check-in bis 22 Uhr im Restaurant daneben. Check-out über einwerfen ebenfalls unkompliziert. Überragendes Frühstück in Bäckerei darunter für unter 10€ dazubuchbar. Vegane Optionen (z.B. Hafermilch in Cappuccino) vorhanden.

Cons:

Kein Fön vorhanden und insgesamt eher kühl, entweder Bedienungsfehler unsererseits oder Heizsystem ließ sich nicht beeinflussen.

Das Frühstück, kein Buffet, in der Bäckerei war ok, die Auswahl Brot/Brötchen sehr groß. Die Bedienung aufmerksam und frundlich. Nachholen ein Problem.

Die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad waren eher knapp.

Sehr gute Lage, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Es war alles sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
