Excellent stay - quiet, comfortable bed, and friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast had a variety of healthy options which I very much appreciated. The staff preparing breakfast was very friendly and attentive.

Reception was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next visit.

Cons:

An electric kettle in the room would be a nice addition but I appreciated that it had a refrigerator.

Pros:

Das Einchecken ist unkompliziert und unabhängig von der Ankunftszeit möglich. Für den Zugang zum Hotel und für die Zimmertüren gibt es Einlasscodes, die im Vorfeld zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Bei meiner Ankunft war die Rezeption noch besetzt und ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen.
Ich übernachte immer im Smarthotel, wenn ich dienstlich in Ingelheim bin. Es sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden und der Weg zur Innenstadt dauert 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Frühstück ist klein aber fein und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas vorhanden.
Mein Einzelzimmer war geräumig mit Schreibtisch, kleinem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Besteck für eine Person.
Das gute Preisleistungsverhaltnis und die Lage passen für mich sehr gut..

Cons:

Die Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln sind abgenutzt und nicht breit genug für die Fenstergröße.

Pros:

Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist inklusive und reichhaltig. Es gibt auch kostenloses Obst und Bonbons. Sind immer wieder hier.
