Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Unser Dreibettzimmer war sehr geräumig, die Doppelzimmer waren teilweise sehr klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind teilweise modernisiert.

Die Umgebung.

Cons:

Der Checkout ist eine Katastrophe. Obwohl die Dame an der Rezeption im System gesehen hat, dass die Reise schon bezahlt war, wurde nochmals alles in Rechnung gestellt.
Es hat jetzt über 2 Monate gedauert, bis ich das Geld wieder hatte. Es kann natürlich auch eine Taktik vom Hotel sein. Die Zimmer sind relativ günstig und nicht jeder schaltet dann rechtlichen Beistand ein.
Erst nachdem ich einen Anwalt eingeschaltet habe, bekam ich mein Geld zurück.
Ich würde dieses Hotel und den Anbieter booking.com nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich komme gerade wieder
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klein aber ausreichend und sauber.
Eine Kaffeemaschine ist da und man kann sich jederzeit einen Kaffee kostenlos holen.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich.

Rundum zufrieden
Pros:

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches Telefonat mit einem Mitarbeiter vor unserer Ankunft erleichterte uns das Einchecken am späteren Nachmittag, als die Rezeption geschlossen war. An diesem Wochenende gab es eisige Temperaturen mit Schnee in Würzburg, wir fanden ein angenehm warmes kleines, sauberes Dachzimmer mit Süßigkeiten und kostenlosen Getränken und angenehmen Badezimmer vor.
Zentral und ruhig gelegen, haben wir gut geschlafen und waren in kurzer Fussnähe im Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
