Great place at the hear of the town.

Location was great and the help of the staff personnel. Plenty of interesting places to see nearby and restaurants to visit.

It was just OK.
Pros:

It was in a great location in the heart of the Old Town.

Cons:

The room was very small. There was no room to open our suitcase. The bed was too high, small and not very comfortable. There was almost no staff. when we arrived around 10 am nobody was there. we phoned and someone said just leave your luggage in the reception and return at 2pm to check in. At 2pm no one was there again. we phoned and a few minutes later someone came and gave us the key. everything worked well with calling but in the beginning when you arrive it's a bit frustrating.

Klein und gut
Pros:

Gute Lage mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem angenehm ruhig.
Da ich das kleine Zeitfenster zum persönlichen Einchecken (13:45 - 14:30) nutzen konnte, benötigte ich nicht den Code.
Der rund um die Uhr erhältliche Kaffee aus der Maschine ist prima. Das Frühstück hingegen ist schlicht, aber satt wird man.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Unser Dreibettzimmer war sehr geräumig, die Doppelzimmer waren teilweise sehr klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind teilweise modernisiert.

Die Umgebung.

Cons:

Der Checkout ist eine Katastrophe. Obwohl die Dame an der Rezeption im System gesehen hat, dass die Reise schon bezahlt war, wurde nochmals alles in Rechnung gestellt.
Es hat jetzt über 2 Monate gedauert, bis ich das Geld wieder hatte. Es kann natürlich auch eine Taktik vom Hotel sein. Die Zimmer sind relativ günstig und nicht jeder schaltet dann rechtlichen Beistand ein.
Erst nachdem ich einen Anwalt eingeschaltet habe, bekam ich mein Geld zurück.
Ich würde dieses Hotel und den Anbieter booking.com nicht weiterempfehlen.
