Pros:

Angenehmes Hotel in der Innenstadt von Heidelberg in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Universität und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Sehr freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal. Zimmer war sauber, Badezimmer neu, Betten angenehm.

Good central location - but Noisy
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, room as well appointed. Cab driver drove us to the door, even though the hotel is located ona narrow, cobblestone street. This s not typical for properties located in the 'old town' section of any town.

Cons:

The hotel is located at a small market square containing three restaurants/bars with outdoor seating. The noise was too loud, lasting late into the night, then the next morning, at what felt like 6am, the garbagemen came around to collect all the glass recyclables - what a noisy racket! While I liked the hotel, the noise issues make this hotel a non-starter for me.

Perfekter Aufenthalt direkt in der Altstadt
Pros:

Super Lage, direkt in der Altstadt. Die Fahrräder konten wir unkonventionell im Hotel unterstellen - Super Lösung.
Leider hatten die Zimmer aber keine Klimaanlage (und es war an diesem WE leider sehr heiß)

Cons:

Noch eine Klima und es wärte perfekt gewesen

great value for money but a bit noisy
Pros:

very comfy beds, great modern bathroom / shower, incredible location

Cons:

our room was facing the street and there was a lot of noise coming from it throughout the entire night and in the early morning (people drinking, trash cleaners, etc...)

Pros:

A cozy and welcoming hotel in a historical building in the heart of old Heidelberg. Charming, clean and well equipped rooms, comfortable beds, good hot water, excellent breakfast in a lovely old style restaurant with excellent service, polite and helpful staff, amazing location right next to a bus stop. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

The WiFi is not of the highest quality. It is okay, but a tad slow and small disruptions could occur. Some improvement is needed.
NB the hotel is in a historical building, so AC is not installed in the room which could become a problem on exceptionally hot days, but overall the temperature is very comfortable.

Perfect location.
Pros:

Perfect location in the city center. At a walking distance to the public parking and the cable car station to the castle.

Cons:

No air conditioning. It was mid-August with record high temperatures. So, we slept with all windows wide open. Hopefully it was pleasantly cool at night.

Hotel bestens für nostalgisches Zeitreise geeignet...
einfach traumhaft

Cons:

Zimmer unterm Dach sollten mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet sein, damit man bei 30 Grad im Sommer gut schlafen kann

Pros:

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, hotel w ścisłym centrum Heidelbergu, z klimatyczną restauracją na dole.
W hotelu jest winda co było wygodne, bo na piętra prowadzą dosyć strome i wąskie schody :)
Pokój duży, bardzo czysty, łóżka wygodne.
Łazienka z wszystkimi udogodnieniami.
