Pros:

Wir sind nur durch eine Verwechslung auf dieses Hotel gekommen. Diese Verwechslung haben wir auf keinen Fall bereut.
Das Hotel ist einzigartig und bis ins Detail auf die Bedürfnisse jedes einzelnen Kunden eingestellt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, dort war es sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet.
Äußerst positiv ist das Buffet hervorzuheben. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, aber das Buffet ist so vielfältig, besser als in einem großen Hotel und bis ins Detail liebevoll durchdacht, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bedürfnisorientiert für den Kunden. (langjährige Mitarbeiter im Service sprechen auch für ein gutes Arbeitsklima)

Das Frühstück war sehr gut .Personal ist super freundlich .Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral .Hotel allgemein schön sauber !

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren leider sehr durchgelegen !Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer und das Bad ziemlich kalt. Die Heizung hat leider permanent Geräusche gemacht.

Super Hotel zur Erkundung von Fulda
Pros:

Top Lage 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt, vom Schloss und vom Bahnhof entfernt, super nettes Personal, große Zimmer in den OG`s mit Aussicht, das Frühstück mit großer Auswahl hat 4 Sterne Niveau. Toller Ausgangspunkt um Fulda zu erkunden. Parken unproblematisch im Innenhof für 9€, im Parkhaus nebenan deutlich teurer.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren leider ziemlich durchgelegen und sollten erneuert werden, für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen nicht zu empfehlen. Dann wären 10 Punkte auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt. Meine Frau hat es aber nicht gestört. Das Internet war leider auch etwas schwach und hatte öfter Aussetzer.

Ideales Hotel für Kurztrip nach Fulda
Pros:

Kleineres, familiäres Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Fulda, zwischen Schloss und Altstadt. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Zimmer etwas einfach gehalten, aber sauber und gepflegt. Sauberes Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück in Buffetform mit schöner Auswahl und Aussicht. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, würde wiederkommen.

Nichts zu beanstanden.
