Very good transit hotel, close to motorway in Ulm North: new, modern, well-equipped
Pros:

-New hotel type "Motel": separate entrance and parking in front of the door.
-Newly built facility, modern equipment inside
-Space, small but practical kitchen, modern bathroom; good bed and temperature inside room and bathroom

Cons:

-It's in the Dornstadt industrial area: this can be a good point if you are just stopping overnight (close to motorway) or if you are visiting a company in that business/industrial area.
-Not so good is you want to visit Ulm (20 min by car).
-there was a construction site just outside my window, but this will probably finish in 1-2 years;
I didn't have noise, because I stayed there only in the weekend, and then is was very quiet.

Sehr gepflegtes und komfortables Zimmer. Sehr gut durchdachtes Konzept. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war gut gemeint aber etwas zu hoch zum Schlafen

Voor kort verblijf uitstekend.
Pros:

Ruime badkamer en stevige boxspring.

Cons:

Er is geen airco, voor ons nu niet erg omdat wij er voor slechts een overnachting in de winterperiode verbleven.

Pros:

Very comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Hotel is ideal for a stopover from the motorway. Area was very quiet (Saturday evening).
