Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in top Lage!!!
Pros:

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und unkompliziertes An- und Abreisen. Ich komme gerne wieder in dieses Hotel!!

Cons:

Das Bad war ein wenig eng, mit dem Waschbecken außerhalb des Badezimmers. Dafür aber ein sehr großes Zimmer.

Absolut respektlos! Stammkunden werden hier wie ein Störfaktor behandelt.
Pros:

Die Suite an sich war geräumig und komfortabel, aber das unverschämte Verhalten des Personals hat alles komplett ruiniert.

Cons:

Das Rezeptions- und Buchungsteam verhielt sich absolut unhöflich, arrogant und unprofessionell. Statt Kundenprobleme zu lösen, decken sich die Mitarbeiter gegenseitig und weisen den Kunden ab. Beim Thema Parken wurde uns explizit ein kostenloses Parken zugesagt ("Kein Problem") und die Karte validiert. Am Abreisetag wurde dieses Versprechen jedoch ignoriert, und es wurden in einem herablassenden Ton 24 Euro von uns verlangt. Es geht mir absolut nicht um das Geld, sondern um das gebrochene Wort und die respektlose Art und Weise, wie man vor den Augen meines Gastes mit uns umgegangen ist. Das Management ignoriert E-Mails und schickt nur automatisierte Werbemails. Als Stammkunde eine absolute Demütigung!

Geeignet, um sehr zentral und solide in Hamburg zu übernachten. Jedoch nichts zum Wohlfühlen oder Genießen.
Pros:

Nur wenige Meter vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, verfügt das Hotel über eine perfekte Lage.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen.
Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem.

Cons:

Die Zimmer müssen dringend renoviert werden! Alles ist völlig verlebt und heruntergekommen: die Tapete ist abgewetzt, die Fußleisten fehlen, die Fliesen der Nasszelle sind uralt etc.
Das, was wohl zuletzt renoviert wurde, ist halbherzig gemacht, ohne ästhetisches Gespür oder besonderes handwerkliches Geschick ausgeführt.
Durch den abgewohnten Zustand wirkt das Zimmer schmutzig, obwohl es an der Zimmerreinigung nichts auszusetzen gibt.
Die Nasszelle ist eng und eigentlich in der Form nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Ein weiteres Problem ist die extreme Lärmbelästigung nachts durch die umliegenden Kneipen und den belebten Platz vor dem Hotel. Die Fenster wirken nicht schallisolierend.

Pros:

Location was great!
Room was clean, and each day it was cleaned.
Also was able to check in via whatsapp even though the entry desk was closed when I arrived. (1 a.m)
Very good pricing.
Super friendly staff.

Cons:

The building is a bit old.
The room is a bit small.
I had to ask to the receptionist for a hairdryer.
No goodies in the bathroom (toothpaste, shampoo etc.)

But all of these were expected, it is a hotel in a good location with a cheap price.
