Would not recommend.
Pros:

Quite room and good location

Cons:

Room is in a very bad conditions and several things are broken. I did read that it was an old hotel, however this is no excuse for not maintaining it well. Shower is in the same room as the bed and the tapestry is really suffering from this. Light above sink was broken and also handle of the toilet door. I do think cleaning stuff is doing a good job, however with everything being badly maintained it just looks very grimy (or at least the room I stayed in). I think I also payed for better internet as I had to do some work from the room but they just gave me access to the standard WiFi.

Je suis très déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre n’était pas à la hauteur de ce qui était annoncé : propreté approximative, mobilier vieillissant et mauvaise isolation, ce qui rendait les nuits très bruyantes. Le personnel n’était pas particulièrement accueillant et il était difficile d’obtenir de l’aide ou des informations.

Le rapport qualité-prix est clairement décevant. Pour le tarif payé, je m’attendais à un bien meilleur niveau de service et de confort. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel et je n’y reviendrai pas lors d’un prochain séjour à Hambourg.

Alt. Der er støv. Dårlig seng. Dårlig pude. Snavs over det hele. Utryg. Dårlig gammel elevator og døre.
