Great value for money and great location
Pros:

I was welcomed kindly and I was able to check in early last minute. They gave me a better room with a great view although I had booked a cheaper room

Pros:

Kontakt war überaus freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit.
Zimmergröße super, Aufzug. Flur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für die Lage mitten in Hamburg alles top.
Badezimmer könnte eine neue Duschkabine vertragen, war undicht. Sonst war alles tipptopp.

Pros:

Äusserst unkompliziert (check in, check out). Zimmer selbst sauber und geeignet für einen Städtetripp. Sehr praktische Lage, mit einfache ÖvZugange nach „überall“.

Cons:

Das Bad/WC könnte eine Erneuerung gebrauchen bzw. ist eher auf einem alten Standard. (Kaputte/alte Fugen, gewisser Geruch, WC-Abfluss von anderen Zimmern hörbar)

Super Lage, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hbf. Alles was man braucht. Wir sind spontan angereist und hatten einen Kontaktlosen Check In, super organisiert. Netter Kontakt per WhatsApp.

Good value for money
Pros:

Location is great, staff very friendly. It was also surprisingly quiet during the night. It’s a little down (paint missing in places etc) but for what I paid it was grand.
