Beautifully appointed hotel. Gorgeous rooftop pool for a morning swim. Friendly staff. Easy parking, loads of EV chargers.

Cons:

Bed was too hard and pillows could have been better selection (German norm). Breakfast was just ok- lots of staff but quite limited selection and no fresh croissants (from frozen I presume).

Comfortable hotel in a beautiful historical town.
Pros:

Modern and nice hotel. Parking available at a cost. The breakfast was fantastic - superb. Comfortable room and bathroom. The old town is beautiful.

Cons:

The gym is small and not well equipped. Hardly a gym. The parking fee is rather expensive for a rural hotel.

Bis auf den Service im Restaurant war alles sehr gut.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Es ist alles sehr modern und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Schön das es eine Hoteleigene Garage gibt. Das personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, es könnte mehr Obst angeboten werden.
Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Im Restaurant war ich am 1. Abend Essen. Nicht jeder Gast hat hier die gleiche Aufmerksamkeit. Während Stammgäste und größere Tische vorzüglich bedient wurden und sich viel Zeit für Gespräche genommen wurde, mussten kleine Tische oft sehr lange auf die Bedienung warten. Obwohl die Ober öfters an meinem Tisch vorbei gingen wurde 20 Minuten nicht abgeräumt und auch keine weitere Bestellung aufgenommen. So etwas sollte eigentlich nicht vorkommen. Als ich den Ober darauf ansprach sagte er wir hatten viel zu tun. Es handelt sich um ein gehobenes Restaurant mit dementsprechenden Preisen, das Essen war gut. Danach war ich dort nicht mehr zum Essen.

Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Ich habe zum dritten Mal meinen Geburtstag mit Familie dort gefeiert. Alle waren sehr begeistert und zufrieden. Frühstück bestens. Sonderwünsche alle erfüllt.
