Pros:

Es ist ein Altbau mit hohen Räumen, breiter Treppe (Aufzug ist vorhanden), ein Ambiente, das uns gefällt. Kein Luxus, aber alles Relevante technisch aktuell.
Das Ganze in der Altstadt (mit dem Auto über 3 Straßen mit max 6 km/h ereichbar). Rundrum schöne Lokalitäten. Sehr freundliche Betreuung sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Café. Die

Topp Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer eher unterdurchschnittlich, Parken nur in etwas Entfernung möglich.

Sehr eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Ist halt mitten in der Altstadt. Zimmer solide und für eine Nacht okay.

Ruime comfortabele kamer, prima ontbijt, top locatie, vriendelijke mensen.
Pros:

De locatie is echt top! Het hotel bevindt zich midden in het oude gedeelte. Het is er rustig want het ligt midden in een voetgangerszone, maar is toch vlot bereikbaar. De smalle straatjes er naar toe, waren ook voor onze '66 Mustang Fastback geen probleem, ook al is die niet van de smalste. We hadden een mooie en veilige parkeerplaats op de binnenplaats, volledig uit het zicht van voorbijgangers. Een heel ruime comfortabele kamer, met veel licht.
Het ontbijt is heel lekker en verzorgd. We hadden enkel pech dat er een grote groep net voor ons was, dus ons eitje hebben we geannuleerd omdat we niet de tijd hadden om te wachten. De koffie was lekker.

Cons:

De matras was net iets te hard, maar dit is voor iedereen anders. Ikzelf slaap heel graag op wat hardere matrassen, maar deze was voor mij toch ook limiet. Gewoon rekening mee houden.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Eierspeisen wurden persönlich aufgenommen. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend und großzügig gestaltet, Betten sehr bequem, für Innenstadtlage auch äußérst ruhig. Die Heizungen funktionierten auch prima, alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. Genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Bad sehr großzügig. Im Café sehr große Auswahl an hervorragenden Torten, man durfte allerdings keine zum Mitnehmen kaufen.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum im dazugehörigen Café könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen, im Raum selbst rotes Kunstleder (wie in früheren Bahnwagons mit nur einem Fenster), im Hauptraum des Cafe´s, in welchem man auch frühstücken konnte, waren ebenso abgewetzte und heruntergekommene Polstermöbel. Der Kaffee schmeckte für eine Konditorei ziemlich durchschnittlich bis verwässert (aus einer Selbstbedienungs-Kaffeemaschine ). Da hätte ich mir eine bessere Qualität erwartet.- An Stelle einer Dusche hatten wir eine Badewanne, hier fehlte eine Glasabtrennung; außerdem war die Dusche leicht defekt (Wasser spritzte aus dem Schlauch, Spiegelablage leicht abschüssig.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr engagiert alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Innenstadt und ganz nah zur Donau.

Cons:

Bedingt durch meine Rückenprobleme hatte ich etwas Probleme mit der Matratze. Aber Dank dem sehr zuvorkommenden Personal haben wir eine Lösung gefunden. Lieben Dank nochmal!
Ein Tresor im Zimmer wäre noch schön gewesen.

Sensationelle Lokation gemäß Regensburger Geschichte. Passende Einrichtung,sauber,alles vorhanden. Das gesamte Ambiente sehr beeindruckend. Frühstück im Goldenen Kreuz einnehmen können, ist schon etwas Besonderes.

Cons:

Da ich Magenprobleme hatte,versuchten wir Heilung mit Tee. Eigentlich alles da,aber kein Kamillen-,Kräuter o.ä. Wäre schön,solch einen Fall einzukalkulieren. Der Wasserkocher ist kaum handhabbar, zu kurzes Kabel und auch nicht zum Wasser holen.
Das Zimmer hatte einen leicht feuchten Geruch, ist wohl beim Alter des Gebäudes unvermeidbar und lässt sich mit gelegenlichem Lüften händeln.
Alles nur z.T.behebbare Kleinigkeiten, nicht wirklich negativ.
