L'accueil, la localisation, la présence d'une climatisation

Cons:

La qualité du matelas et surtout l'eau pour laquelle on ne peut pas choisir la chaleur et qui devient brûlante (vraiment brûlante) au bout de quelques minutes. On n'a pas compris comment éviter ça.

Very good location, close to the Malecón and within the Colonial Zone.
Very safe area.
Excellent value for money.

Cons:

The room is basic but clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and good Wi-Fi - ideal for a short stay. The property has a lot of potential, and a few inexpensive improvements could really elevate it, such as mosquito nets on the windows, a ceiling fan, and plants in the patio to help reduce humidity.

En immersion

Bon emplacement pour visiter la zone coloniale
Endroit assez calme.
On se sent en immersion dans la vie des locaux.
Le gérant français absent lors de notre arrivée avait envoyé les recommandations et nous a appelé pour vérifier que tout allait bien.

Cons:

Confort simple.
La propreté pourrait être améliorée
La salle de petit déjeuner était vraiment limite surtout après l'effondrement d'une partie du plafond avec les gravas par terre
