Cons:

Las habitaciones están bastante descuidadas, y lo otro, el hecho de qué el aire acondicionado no lo puedes prender, sino a partir de las seis de la tarde, creo que valdría la pena que le metan un poquito de cariño, así cobren un poco más

La place de parking la grandeur du lit

Cons:

L etat de celui ci , tout est pourrie les portes , les murs , la pression de l eau chaude un filet ! Les prises arrachées du mur , les luminaires a moitié arrachés, carrément des habitants dans le fond plafond (rats ou autres) , rideau pas occultant,restaurant fermé, enfin j en passe , c est une honte cette établissement doit tout revoir ou arreter , les photos parlent d elles memes et je ne peux en mettre que 4….

Pleno disfrute y relajamiento
Pros:

Ubicación justo en una playa pardisíaca. Actitud amistosa y colaborativa, tanto del personal del hotelcomo de la comunidad. La playa de Punta Rucia,debe ser una de las mejores de la República Dominicana: Limpia, nada de olas, profundidadrazonable, arena (dentro del agua y fuera de ella) blanca y compacta que facilita caminar confortablemente.

Cons:

Para un hostal de esta categoría, supera lo esperado. No identifico nada que no me haya gustado.

Una estafa, las fotos no son reales y a booking no le importa
Pros:

Horrible nada que ver con las fotos. Booking me engañó y no me quisieron devolver el dinero. Ni siquiera me quedé, salí corriendo de ahí. La cama para los niños era una tabla en el piso con el colchón, al gavetero le faltaban las gavetas, todo oscuro y funesto.

Cons:

Todo está pésimo. Esta estancia es un engaño y booking no me responde como debe. No siquiera me quedé y no me quieren devolver mi dinero. Fue una estafa

El hotel calidad precio está bien, sin pretensiones, aunque en algún momento tuvo que ser mucho mejor. las habitaciones son sencillas con un baño pequeño, y una terraza, donde los gatos campan a sus anchas. Tiene una piscina infinity que está muy bien, pero que un poco de mantenimiento le vendría bien. La persona que se ocupa de aquello es amable y dispuesta. G

My family overall enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sand Bay and Punta Rucia. It was relaxing especially with the beach and pool
Pros:

Property was in good condition. It was right at the beach. Pool was awesome. Pool was a reasonable size and overlooks the beach/ocean.
Rooms were decent size
Restaurant was on premises and had good food. We primarily had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. The lady you runs it was very friendly and accommodating.
The manager at the hotel was very personable. He assisted us with setting up our excursion to Cayo Arena which was awesome. He checked in on us often to see how our stay was going.
Parking was also on premises and could easily walk around the little beach neighborhood of Punta Rucia

Cons:

Although hotel had a parking lot, it was all gravel, it could have been paved. Also a lot of stray dogs hang around the beach by the property. The beach also had sargassum that comes onto the beach, primarily in the afternoon. In one of the rooms I booked, the TV/cable did not work, however I forgot to inform management of issue. Also the showers and faucets should be better cleaned for there was soap scum. The hotel could also provide or sell water/beverages for guests. Although, there is a local convenience store(condor) nearby, it would be more convenient for the guests if the hotel offered beverages especially in hot country.

Mala Experiencia
Pros:

Lo único bueno era la ubicación y su piscina aunque con mucho cloro

Cons:

Estuvimos solo 1 día y una noche y se cortó la luz durante la tarde y luego toda la noche por ende no pudimos dormir nada por el calor que hacía en la habitación ya que no podíamos poner el ventilador porque el aire tampoco funcionó en ningún momento desde que llegamos.
