Deben invertir y mejorar urgente esas habitaciones antes de construir más.
Pros:

Céntrico a todo, lo único.

Cons:

La piscina llegamos y tenía lama, no nos pudimos bañar. La encargada del hotel nos pidió excusa y nos hizo un reembolso parcial.

Varias habitaciones, con los aires dañados (le cambiaron algunas habitaciones a personas) y una habitación con gusano en la tapa del inodoro.

Diamond in the rough Hotel & Casino Flamboyan
Pros:

The hotel in Bavaro Punta Cana is a diamond in the rough. The hotel rooms on the first floor are very nice looking. I liked the daily breakfast and staff at the hotel. The hotel had a clean looking active pool. The hotel is near the resort tour meet up locations, shops and food and bars. The reception is at the end of the block making it for a quiet night. Two bottles of water is supplied daily by house keeping. My room had a mini refrigerator. Guests have access to cold water, coffee maker and microwave. If you are seeking an authentic hotel around the locals outside of the resorts Hotel & Casino Flamboyan is fine. I was able to stay five days during spring break at an affordable rate. In my opinion this hotel is better than the other hotels I have seen in Bavaro. This is my honest review without bias

Cons:

In contrast to the nice rooms listed on the pictures the upper floors 300’s and 400’s need remodeling, deep cleaning and upgrading. I was not expecting to get one of those rooms on the upper floors. I am not sure if booking assigned me one of those rooms or front desk. The first room had security issues with the door, the second room had a better door, but the room needed work. Please note construction across the street and in the building is going on during the day making it hard to rest during the day.
