Parte da piscina/ jardim bonitos

Cons:

Minha reserva foi pela booking, quando chegamos lá, cobraram um valor que não condizia com a reserva da booking e alegaram que estavam com problemas na máquina de cartão, que o pagamento deveria ser feito em dinheiro, eles tinham até um caixa eletrônico lá (convenientemente). No quarto, roupas de cama rasgadas, toalhas desbotadas e velhas, chuveiro suporte quebrado, água não esquentava e ainda acabou a água no meio do banho e demorou 1h30min para voltar. Sanitário rachado, válvula da descarga quebrada. Presença de mosca no quarto. Wi-Fi muito ruim, TV não funcionava. Café da manhã não incluso, custo de 10 dólares extra por pessoa (dadas as avaliações ruins, não optei). Ficamos no quarto de frente para a rua, muito barulho. Experiência decepcionante, não condiz com o custo final (cerca de 450,00).

Would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, albeit things were a little disjointed. The food, once received, was very good.

Cons:

The surrounding area was not good. Both pools were unusable due to dirtiness. Bathrooms were not appointed well and showers were old and dirty. Credit cards were not accepted and getting a receipt for services was very difficult and not all inclusive, once received.

Hôtel propre et sympathique, mais environnement (rue) très bruyant, même la nuit.

Personnel sympathique et accommodant. Lieux propres.

Cons:

Localisé en ville, c'est un endroit très bruyant et les scooters et motos très bruyants circulent toute la nuit, ce qui empêche de dormir. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais c'est à savoir - apporter de bons bouchons.
Le déjeuner était un peu "basique".

Excelente opcion precio/calida y pocos dias (pre/post cruise)
Pros:

Está super cute y es un lugar perfecto para pre/post cruise ya qué tiene piscina y restaurante (basico). No es necesario salir pero tiene a 5-7min caminando una tienda.

Está “afuera” de la area de hoteles de La Romana, es más local… pero para el precio/calidad y está muy bien.
Ps: la playa catalina es mucho más local los fin de semanas y la arena tiene piedras…

Cons:

Restaurante muy basico y algo elevado $ para la calidad de comida… necesita algo de amor ☺️

Se escucha las motos pasar seguido (si estás en la area de la piscina, de mi cuarto un poco menos) ya que esta sobre una de las calles principales para ir a la Playa Catalina

Cute, clean boutique motel with friendly staff.
Pros:

It’s beautiful, just like the pictures. In the US, we would call this a “boutique motel.” Decor is simple but authentic. My room was very clean. It was a very warm night, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase dinner without leaving the property, and they were able to help me secure a taxi for the following morning. I arrived late at night so I did not need nor use any of the amenities.

Cons:

My driver and I tried to find the property using Apple Maps, and we drove right past it. The name on the hotel does not match the name on Booking. So it was hard for us to find the property at first. The neighborhood itself did not feel walkable nor safe at night. The property is close to the street and there was lots of noise, honking horns shouting sounded like fireworks too, until about midnight. But on the property I felt extremely safe. I would stay there again.
