I'm paying for a Sheraton price , but I felt like Im staying in a hostel

It was too easy to go to the airport, which is the only thing I can say about this hotel

Cons:

For the price I paid, I was expecting a good quality hotel and good customer service, the phone number they provide on their website is a mobile phone. I called them more than 20 times, and no one answered my call until I was about to give up. Someone picked up the phone. I was really desperate as I had a little child with me. I was thinking how I was going to spend the night in the street, especially for my little one.

Les femmes de ménage

Cons:

L'accueil pas top, erreur sur la chambre 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. Il manquait un lit simple.
Puis pas d'eau chaude dans notre chambre ! On a du changer à nouveau, enfin pas de clim qui fonctionne sur la dernière chambre !

I regretted my stay there
Pros:

Shuttle from the airport.

Cons:

Very rude receptionists/ ladies and rude.
No TPE.
They insist on cash payment.
Rooms with previous guest wastes.
No bottle of water in the room although the price.
I was not assigned the room I booked.
Very bad location, far from everywhere.

Cons:

Le sourire du personnel, pas de suivi à la demande d'un service, la négligence monque de serviettes dans salle de bain , pas de rideau pour la douche
