Das Hotel ist bequem, sehr sauber, mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die versuchen, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Essen, das immer direkt zubereitet wird, ist absolut lecker.
Essenszeiten sind etwas, z.B. Frühstück 8 -9.30 Uhr, das passt für viele Touristenaktivitäten schlecht. Es wäre schön, wenn es hier eine schlichte Alternative zum Mitnehmen gäbe.
The breakfast was very good. The accessibility to everything was very good. The rooms were great
The staff were very friendly and helpful booking tours. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Our room has a balcony overlooking the stream; it was pleasant and comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower had excellent regulated hot water (no hot/cold surges). We really enjoyed our visit and will come back.

Ubicación y vista al río. Diseño del establecimiento, muy bonito. La excelente atención, el desayuno y la cena son muy ricos.
Parqueadero pequeño, y poca iluminación en el cuarto que nos establecimos. Mantener el mismo tipo de iluminación sin embargo se puede incrementar los lugares para mejorar la iluminación.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We had a room where you can see the river (and hear it)! Beds were super comfortable, the best I’ve had while traveling Ecuador. The breakfast was exceptional—I looked forward to it every day 😋 staff was also super nice. I come to Mindo often and told my husband we won’t be staying anywhere but here from now on!

There’s no laundry at the property.
It’s noisy because of its proximity to the Main Street. But it quiets down at night.

The screens in the rooms need to be replaced. We had to keep the windows closed to stop mosquitos getting in, so it was quite warm.

Didn't like that we had to take our shoes off but it makes sense because the rooms have nice polished wood floors.
Breakfast was really good, the beds were comfy, and the space was clean.
The staff gave us keys and left the hotel empty for one whole day of our stay and at night. We had to let ourselves in through a small basement door. The restaurant was closed most of the three days we were there so we were not able to order any good or drinks. The street was extremely loud and made for bad nights of rest.
