3 de las 5 habitaciones estaban sucias, desde el piso hasta las camas. Solo una persona fue amable todo el tiempo, los dueños a pesar de su error en no verificar que hayan limpiado las habitaciones, tenían una mala actitud y uno de ellos insinuó que por el precio bajo que pagamos todavía pedíamos más. Cuando hice la reserva para una familia de 19 personas, decía que incluía el desayuno, lo que la persona amable aceptó y le explicó su error como hotel ya que al reservar dice servicios: desayuno, pero luego de terminar la reserva, llega un correo en donde dice que el desayuno tiene un costo adicional. Sin embargo, ni si quiera ofrecen desayunos en las instalaciones, está cerrado desde agosto supieron indicar. Pero el dueño soñp supo decir mil disculpas así es, no tenemos desayuno. Tuve que explicar a toda la familia que nadie tenía desayuno pagado y tuvimos que buscar dónde comer.
No importa el precio que uno pague, la amabilidad de todo el personal, incluidos los dueños, la limpieza de las habitaciones, y la transpariencia al hacer una reserva son servicios básicos que un hotel debe tener. Realmente decepcionante, al ser temporada alta tuvimos que quedarnos ahí porque era imposible encontrar otro hotel.
