Todo. Atención, limpieza, comida. Son dudarlo volvería allá.
Todo me pareció muy bien en realidad. Lo único a tomar en cuenta es para personas con movilidad reducida de pronto el acceso a las habitaciones son gradas, de ahí todo estuvo excelente.

This is a lovely, well located small hotel in the centre of Cuenca. It's very budget friendly. There is a fabulous included breakfast. It's very clean and they make up the rooms daily. It's walking distance to the bus station and the main square.

La atención 1000/10, y la comunicación vía WhatsApp súper inmediata (si tienes dudas, te las responden sin problema), son super amables todo el equipo y atentos. El desayuno súper delicioso.

Value for money is very interesting there, I got to sleep through the nights no problem and the breakfast is pretty good! The location is perfect. I truly recommend this hotel for little budgets :)
Hot water does not come out immediately, you have to wait a bit. Maybe the cleaning is not perfect but it's more than decent. During the day, you will get to hear people walking/talking at times in the hallway.
