Расположение отличное. Но я попала в новый год и к сожалению, в округе было почти все закрыто, сложно было искать еду, но это точно не вина гостиницы.

La Posada es hermosa! Sandra su recepcionista es súper cálida y nos ayudó con la información del lugar!! Super recomendable!!!

This place is certainly a no frills experience. However the bed was super comfy and the location was perfect for exploring the historic city centre and taking a stroll down "La Ronda". The lady on reception was very chill and happily stored my stuff on the Sunday so I could explore the city.

Miluji ten koloniální styl. Manuel se svojí paní jsou velmi milí, vřelí a kamaradští. S nimi se nenudíte. V ubytování mají skvělou možnost vaření, velkou jídelnu, několik odpočinkovych místnosti na posezení s přáteli, knihovnu,venkovní gril, skvělou terasu s nádherným výhledem, můžete si zahrát ping pong. Manuel zajišťuje výlety do těch nejhezčích a turistický nejžádanějších míst Quita. Vřele doporučuji.

Pros:

- Comfiest beds I've had in the 3 weeks of being in ecuador, feels like my own sheets at home!
- huge rooms, amazing views out the window of the Statue
- beautiful deck, main lounge, outside patio, kitchen, etc, very Colonial true to the name.
- hot water 24/7, great flow
- Super kind staff
- rooms have a dresser, table, tons of space and my God big French windows that opened.
- great location
- rooftop has chairs and shower if you workout there.
- Free water that is accessible 24-7 (some places lock the kitchen access at night!)

Cons:

1. No heat (though common in Ecuador), plenty of blankets come w the room! We were never cold.

2. Horrible soundproof, you can hear any little noise and the room are literally separated by a thin piece of wood in some areas. We like our quiet and were lucky to book in low season, but the noise would be terrible if busy. Doors slam open and close, can't get away with it due to their designs. Other guests are respdctul and are in bed early and up early but if you're be to some loud guests or "loving" guests, you're gonna hear every word ;)

3. Buzzer to get in, and to get out (during the day you can get out by yourself but at night both doors are locked. Staff super fast at answering though <30 seconds.

4. The room key is an old style lock and key but is bulky to carry.

Super Minor things!!!

Absolutely lovely! Much like my overall impression of Ecuador since it was my first time here, this was so much more than I expected. It is very similar to traditional European pensions. The place was historic, spotless, charming and had all those wonderful things that you don’t always get in South America like hot water AND decent water pressure! The woman who looks after the place is also so kind and accommodating. She was even there to welcome me when I arrived at 2am in the morning, bless her! By far my favourite country and hotel of my South American trip.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, grandes chambres, jolie petite terrasse avec belle vue. La dame en charge de l’établissement a été d’une aide remarquable! Et toujours très souriante, merci!

Интерьер старого колониального дома, такое ощущение, что попал в прошлое. Расположение в центре Кито. Есть свой гараж на две машины. Цена очень низкая, подойдёт экономному путешественнику. Хозяйка приветливая.

The family running the place is very nice, friendly and helpful. The location is quite close to the center, just a five or ten minute walk. The area felt safe and it was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. It is an old place but that is also part of its charm. You can use the kitchen with fridge and utensils. They will cook you a really nice breakfast for just a few dollars. There is a tv with cable channels.
