COMODA, AMIGABLE Y CALIDA

Definitivamnete es una estancia que recomiendo totalmente, la atención fue espectacular, las instalaciones muy limpias y fueron muy considerados con nosotros, la persona que trabaja ahí Cristi, estuvo pendiente de nosotros en cada momento e hizo de nuestro paseo familiar mucho más cómodo y acogedor.

Agradezco mucho a quien nos atendió por recibirnos con esa calidez, sonrisa y amabilidad.

El lugar supero las expectativas, el desayuno delicioso y es un lugar que está cerca de casi todas las actividades improtantes en San Cristobal.

Pros:

La amabilidad y calidez de sus propietarios. Su espiritu de servicio y colaboracion. Muy recursivos para cualquier necesidad o deseos de sus clientes. Recomendado totalmente. Desayuno muy completo y agradable comedor.

Pros:

Habitación grande y espaciosa. Disponía de un pequeño armario con perchas, espejo de cuerpo entero y una nevera muy grande para almacenar tus cosas.
Tiene aire acondicionado.
Había días que teníamos excursión temprano y nos preparaban un pequeño desayuno para llevar.

Cons:

El baño es muy pequeño pero está bien para unos pocos días. Hubo un día que llovió y nos entró un poco de agua.

We didn’t stay due to poor location and quality

The reception lady was very nice and did all she could to help resolve our issues on arrival

Cons:

We didn’t stay as the area was poor (dodgy) and a long walk from the main area and the room did not meet our expectations from photographs. Very basic and felt more like a hostel standard than a hotel

Muy limpio hotel, muy amable la gente que atiende, estaban encantados de ayudarnos en reservar tours en la isla de San Cristóbal, nos recomendaron dónde ir y qué comer.. La habitación era muy cómoda, con televisión, aire acondicionado y agua fría potable gratis! Recomendable 100%

Great breakfast provided earlier by the host than the regular breakfast hours because of early tour times. Host even brought us to the pier in his car.

Pros:

Cristi y su esposo son muy atentos, siempre prestos a ayudar. Yo necesité una crema para un golpe y me ayudaron rápidamente. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, camas muy confortables y limpias. Las indicaciones y asesoría para los paseos fueron muy acertadas. Los desayunos muy ricos, variados, con fruta del lugar, todo muy limpio y porciones adecuadas.

La calle pública de acceso no es muy limpia y da mal aspecto.

Alles, die Dame war super freundlich, habe noch einen Fön bekommen, das Zimmer ist super groß, das Bett war traumhaft bequem und das Frühstück wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet und serviert, von Herzen danke an die lieben Gastgeber
