Ein tolles Hotel in bester Lage.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das ganze Abiente im Hotel ist historisch mit moderner Einrichtung. Alles neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Das Zimmer war ruhig zum Innenhof mit schalldichten Fenstern. Die Sauna und das Schwimmbad sind zwar klein aber ganz neu und genau richtig, um nach einem Tag der Besichtigung der Sehenswürdigkeiten sich zu entspannen.

The Regent is in an excellent location, with a great staff, very clean and we loved the spa.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. Tonya was so very kind, helpful, professional and accommodating. We loved her! She is the reason we booked our return stay before heading home. She made great restaurant recommendations as well.

Pros:

Es un hotel pequeño en un edificio muy antiguo bien conservado.
El personal ha sido muy amable y nos ha ayudado en todo lo necesario.
Habitaciones amplias y limpias, con un cuarto de baño excepcional.
El spa es muy bueno también, gratuito a determinadas horas.
Ubicado perfectamente para visitar la ciudad, a un lado del centro junto a una de las puertas de la muralla.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and very good service. Spa area was just wonderful, very special experience. Good location in the old town. Breakfast was served to the table based on your wishes, very relaxing and luxus start of the day. If you want something special, this is your hotel.

Absolut Empfehlenswert, auch am Wochenende schön ruhig.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Mittelalterliches Haus mit viel Charme und Charakter. Schöne Spa. Gut gelegen in Altstadt, gute Anbindung an Fähren.
