Pros:

Superbe Location, calm, yet close to the old town. Very friendly staff. It was cold and rainy, so the sauna&Spa included in the Price was a great bonus.

Cons:

Room a bit small.

Comfortable hotel, being easily walkable to the city centre
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the city centre but quiet. Attentive staff. Characterful building.

Cons:

No parking and although we found a car park nearby, it was expensive.

Amazing stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, and the property was spotless, featuring a sauna and pool. The rooms were beautiful, and the location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to all the sights.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, die Preis-Leistung war vielleicht etwas überhöht.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gross mit einem separaten Vorraum, das Bett war sehr bequem und alles sehr sauber. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber fein. Allerdings war das Hotel nicht stark gebucht und ich war fast die einzige, die diesen Bereich benutzt hat während den 4 Tagen. Kann sein, dass bei stärkerer Auslastung der Spa Bereich zu eng wird. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, am Rand der Altstadt, sehr ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Für ein 5 Stern Hotel war die Ausstattung etwas spärlich: Es gab keine Minibar im Zimmer, bei Minustemperaturen ist das jedoch kein Problem, wir konnten die Weinflasche vor das Aussenfenster stellen und die Flasche blieb kalt. Allerdings funktioniert dies auch nur im Winter. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Wattepads oder Wattestäbchen. Die Bar im Hotel war während der ganzen Zeit nicht bedient, für das Frühstück hätte man während dieser 4 Tage nur à la carte auf das Zimmer bestellen können. Da wir ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten und nur für den 1. Januar das Frühstück bestellen wollten, wurde uns am Tag zuvor mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich war, da die Küche geschlossen blieb.
