Great Location and Lovely Staff
Pros:

Great location walkable easily to everywhere. Staff on reception were so friendly and helpful

Cons:

rooms were a little small on 4th floor and breakfast is not a buffett

Pros:

What a gem!
We did not expect to be staying in such an elegantly restored 600 year old estonian building!
The staff--Zina...Sasha ...were so friendly and helpful...the room was so lovely...simple elegance!
The pool sauna area in the cellar basement was very relaxing and super clean.
Sad we only could stay 2 nites!!

Jääkaappi | minibaari ja vedenkeitin olisi hyvä olla tämän tason hotellissa. Suihkussa käytetty suihkumyssy ja avatut tuotteet - ei sallittavaa! Siivous oli hoidettu hieman vasemmalla kädellä.
Valaistuksen kanssa oli ongelmia, henkilökunta onneksi sai valot toimimaan.

SPA osasto alitti reilusti odotukset.

Fridge | minibar and kettle would be good in a hotel of this level. Used shower cap and opened products in the shower - not acceptable! Cleaning was done a bit with a left hand.
There were problems with the lighting, fortunately the staff got the lights working.

The SPA department was well below expectations.

Very satisfactory stay in the rooms with fascinating interior design
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and I felt like they wanted us to feel satisfied of our stay. Our booking was very late last minute booking but everything went smoothly and they were also very flexible about the check out time. Everything was clean and proper in the room and the interior design was fascinating combination of old and modern. We liked the 24/7 spa very much also.

Cons:

We booked two rooms for our 5 person family so the sum of total price was a significant potrion of our budget but it's undestandable because of the late last minute booking.

An amazing find. Perfect hotel and staff. Made our trip so much more memorable.
Pros:

Great location, hotel spotless, lovely shower and bathroom, comfy beds. The staff excelled. So friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble for them. Near to town centre and also the trams on the outskirt of the town. Quick and easy walk to everything.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Amazing, but very minimalistic and for adult flare.
Pros:

Great hotel with amazing location and a pool & sauna that were a must for us. Nice breakfast and excellent service overall.

Cons:

Small thing but there were no bedside lights which was difficult for our 5yo as she is afraid of the dark and needs a night light.

Dit hotel op zich is al bezoek aan Tallinn waard.
Pros:

De karaktervolle kamer, het zicht op de St. Olafkerk vanuit de kamer, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de rust, de voorzieningen (o.a. een sauna met zwembad in de 600 jaar oude kelder = een belevenis op zich). Ook álle details waren in orde: lekkere kwalitatieve doucheproducten, het beste bed, ruimte in de kamer en veel licht.

Cons:

Niks kon beter. Dit was perfectie.

I wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros:

The hotel location is perfect. My friend and I were in room 314, with 2 single beds. The room looked out on a quiet courtyard, the beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were luxurious. The breakfast was delicious and the sauna was a nice perk. Tania at reception was lovely - welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved was the lighting in the room - no bedside lamps, only a bright overhead light.

This hotel has ruined me for other hotels.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location just inside the upper edge of old town, a short walk from the train station. The interior is beautiful, the sauna is cozy, and the room is softly appointed and spacious. The staff are also friendly and gracious.

Cons:

The blackout curtains did not completely cover the windows.
