Great location
Breakfast was generous and tasty.
Spa, pool was not available during my stay. Since that was the main reason I chose this hotel, I was very disappointed.
We loved the staff the most, especially Ms.Zenadia, she went out of her way to make our stay so comfortable, her smile lit up our whole day. The property in itself was so comfortable and felt like home, it was a wonderful experience.
There was nothing that we didn’t like, it was the best experience.
Absolutely perfect stay.
First of all, the staff were outstanding - especially the Lady who welcomed us on arrival. Unfortunately, I do not know her name, but she immediately knew who we were and greeted us personally. She was extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely warm in a very natural way.
After long, intense days of sightseeing, we really appreciated being able to use the spa late in the evening. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and excellently equipped.
The location is also perfect - right in the heart of the city.
We highly recommend this hotel and would like to say a big thank you for such a wonderful stay!
Very good location, friendly staff, spacious room, sauna, clean and quiet.
No breakfast buffet. A la carte breakfast was available, but it was pricey.
Everything. Truly apreciatted the late checkout
Gym a bit small
Nice hotel, room was ok, staff were friendly
The bar and restaurant were shut the whole time we were there which is not acceptable
Lovely room and very friendly and attentive staff.

The room was amazing. The bed was extremely confortable, the shower was really relaxing and the staff was so nice and helpfull 😃
The bathroom's floor was heated 🤩 It was amazing because it was cold for me.
Oh, the view to the church and to the tower was spectacular!
There was just 1 thing that was not good. The windows should have better curta curtains and also a blind to completly darken the room specially during spring and summer time when the sun is up till midnight and rises very early.
Fixing this I think that is fair to say that this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in all my life.
The building was very central just at the end of the old town. Old and modernist. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They took me under their wing.
Doskonałe śniadania, świetna lokalizacja i super miła obsługa, recepcji pilnuje sympatyczne piesek "ochroniarz" , załoga spełniająca każde życzenie.
During a three-week visit to the Baltic states, mostly with my wife and sister, I stayed at 8 hotels, only one of which was a disappointment. The Regent at Tallinn stood out for the warmth of our reception by Tanya. I had written saying that we'd arrive about midnight; she showed great pleasure at our arrival, and eagerly took our suitcases up the few steps at the entrance to the hotel. That was a relief, since we're elderly, if not old. She was anxious to help us in any way possible. After our 2-night stay, we felt we'd made a friend.
During the season, guests at the hotel have breakfast at the adjoining Ristorante Castello. We were there before the season started, and so had to find a cafe outside. One was fairly good, the other, on a Sunday, execrable. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, which was enhanced by the warm personality of the Italian server.
