24/7 sauna was a very nice touch

Cons:

The hotel's 5-star rating is very misleading. To us 5 Stars means luxury and there is very little luxury about this place. While the bathrooms where the highlight of the room, the furniture and the furnishings were EXTREMELY bare and basic, white walls (no decorations whatsoever) plus fridge and kettle had to be separately requested. The TV was fairly old and wasn't "smart" (no Netflix access), getting breakfast was cumbersome (exact order had to be placed the night before), etc.

Cute hotel, lovely ladies welcomed us at the reception, clean and near the town center.

Hvis kommer igen til Tallin, vil absolut bruge det samme hotel.
Pros:

meget venlig og hjælpsom personale. Særlig tak til Zina. Da vi ankom, har hun forsynet os med al nyttig information: en liste over rmorgenmadsrestauranter (vi spiste ikke på hotellet), middags restauranter, seværdigheder, kort, brochure - alt. Vi følte os rigtig velkommen på hotellet.
Særlig plus: SPA afdeling (sauna og en lille swimmingpool) holder åben til kl. 23. Rigtig god og afslappende slut på travl dag.
