It’s a fine three star hotel in Narva city, good location. Nice cafe, with good coffee, large rooms, with a fridge. Helpful reception staff.

Cons:

It’s not the property , but the florist attached to the property. I needed a bouquet for a dear acquaintance, and felt not very comfortable when the price was going up by seconds and the result was an broom of thrown together flowers that were disassembling as soon as I got it. And it cost me over 100 EUR. And we are not talking about million roses. Far from it. Shame.

Pros:

Останавливаюсь здесь уже второй раз и снова осталась очень довольна. Отдыхала одна — в отеле комфортно, спокойно и уютно. Милый интерьер, чистота и приятная атмосфера. Чувствуется забота о гостях. Хочется возвращаться снова.

Спорное соотношение цена-качество
Pros:

Чисто, дружелюбный персонал.в номере холодильник, чайник, микроволновка.

Cons:

На сайте сказано про бассейн, так он в другом месте, примерно 15 мин ходьбы,это немного неожиданно, дают бесплатный ваучер.
Ванные принадлежности - это жидкое мыло в дозаторе.
Завтрак - булочки, судя по цвету, грелись не один раз, горячее( картошка, сосиски, фрикадельки...) всё в масле и слегка тёплые ... Пожалели, что с завтраками номер взяли.

Pros:

En general el Hotel tiene excelente relación Precio-Calidad. Pagamos con mi hijo el desayuno incluido con buffet muy variado y delicioso. Adicionalmente, tomamos, a buen precio, una cena y un almuerzo. Su personal muy amable y servicial! La ubicación perfecta. A unas paradas de bus desde el Hotel se encuentra la estación de tren. Caminando se puede acceder a las fortificaciones sobre el rio Narva. Puedes recargar tu botella con agua en el pasillo cerca a los ascensores. Gracias a todos!
