Great location, decent for one night, but rooms could be better maintained
Pros:

Very central and well located in Kunming. The room was comfortable enough for one night, and the electric blanket was a nice touch.

Cons:

There was a strong smell of smoke in both rooms. The place looks quite old and could be better maintained. There is no air conditioning, and although there is a heater, in early January it wasn’t the most comfortable.

Très bien situé.
La vue de la fenêtre est agréable (côté a) on a le lever de soleil derrière les buildings.
La chambres est spacieuse est agréable à vivre.
Salle de bain spacieuse et agréable également.
Je recommande fortement pour visiter kunming

- our room smell smoke of ciggy. Turns out people allow to smoke inside of the room.
- location abit hard to find for first time.
- u still need didi to go everywhere. But its reachable goin with Didi.

Pros:

Cheapest hotel with such a good location. I loved the view, but some bedroom face a horrible parking lot or building in construction.

Cons:

The si k from our mini kitchen was dirty. Quite old hotel that would need to bé refurbished. Didn't mind too much the 70's style though..Staff ok, although gave the impression to bé in a rush....

I got sick and the staff were understanding and I stayed 2 nights that enabled me to recover and continue my travels

I couldn't find the side entrance at the start in a big city I was stressing. However it made perfect sense once I was familiar
