Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, los baños algo diferentes y el trato del personal muy bueno

Cons:

Nos tocó la habitación justo al lado de recepción y se escucha absolutamente todo. Si alguien entra al hotel en una hora que estés durmiendo, te vas a enterar

Pros:

Room was very clean and very comfortable. Shower was large and powerful. Toiletries provided were a pack of soap, comb, toothbrush & toothpaste, a sample of cologne. It was pre-packed and we only used the soap but it was welcome.
There was 2 free coffee pods in the room and tea making facilities in the lobby.
Bed was sooo comfy. I even looked up the mattress which unfortunately is only available in Europe.
We had fresh towels, robes and flip flops in the room everyday.
We used the baths everyday. I had booked the first day based on our arrival time. We were able to go on the other 2 days without booking but I imagine it would be much busier in the summer season.
All the staff we met were really so nice.

Cons:

Nothing.
When you pulled the room door shut it was loud. Was worried it would disturb the other guests.
Would've been happy to reuse towels.

Pros:

Great location and great to have sessions in the Arab baths which were wonderful. Rooms clean and I liked the decor. Nice to have seating areas.

Cons:

No cups or glasses and couldn't get a coffee one morning as no plastic cups available.

Spa was awesome
Pros:

Rooms very comfortable, large bathroom with great shower. Two hours spa visit. Two coffee capsules provided. You make your coffee in lobby area. Great location.

The hotel is in a good location and the structure itself is nice.

Cons:

The experience was a bit affected by the service at the reception, which I found somewhat unfriendly. In addition, my room key card was already deactivated early in the morning even though the checkout time was at 12:00, which caused some inconvenience. It’s a pity, because with a bit more attention to guests the experience could have been much better.
