Falta mejorar alguna cosa pero la ubicación es excelente

Nice location but not impressed with the services !
Pros:

The location was good close to everything and the staff was helpful and nice !

Cons:

Very bad smell in the bathroom!!! The duvet provided was not clean had blood spots in it. We asked them to change it but they gave us a very worn out and small blanket !
Misleading description as in booking it says there is tea and coffee maker, which is not true when we asked the reception, we were told it was a mistake !
There was a kettle and two chipped cups! but they were not any tea bags and Nescafé ! It’s a shame that’s a minimum to offer to customers and it doesn’t cost much. For sure we won’t go back there !

Good hotel accommodation and very good location
Pros:

The location was great just off the front. The room was huge and beautiful. plenty of space and more than enough draws and wardrobe space if you were stopping longer than a couple of nights. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Cons:

However where the plug was located in the bathroom between the shower wall and the outside wall there was not enough room to do your hair comfortably. it was not wide enough. There was also a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee available. Better that thy should take the kettle and cups away.
We paid for breakfast but we had to go down street to a cafe outside the hotel for that and I didn't find it value for money. We both had an extra cup of coffee and we had to pay for that extra where as in a normal hotel coffee would be plentiful.

Location close to the port and prom, comfortable room. Pleasant hotel, friendly & helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble, very willing to make my stay comfortable. Thank you All!

Very enjoyable stay. Will return and would recommend
Pros:

The room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The reception staff were very nice and professional . The lady was especially welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

I wasn’t keen on the spray in the room after cleaning. I prefer fresh air. There is noise from outside but I was still able to sleep well.

Great budget accommodation in a fabulous location
Pros:

Lovely hotel and room in a great location.
It was easy to find and the receptionist was very helpful at trying to secure us an early check in. Stored our luggage when this wasn’t available.

Great price for a lovely clean big room.

Cons:

Needed 2 extra cups for all guests to be able to have a drink and would have been nice if teabags and/or coffee was supplied.

Excellent budget stay but whiffy !
Pros:

Excellent location, pretty quiet for central location, friendly and welcoming receptionist , bargain price too

Cons:

Terrible smell from bathroom, aroma of boiled cabbage all night, would hazard a guess it was the drains
