Me and my son stayed here for three nights I paid for a superior twin room but was a budget twin when complaining to lady at reception she told me they would refund me the difference that was three weeks ago and still no refund
The hotel room was well-equipped and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities that made the stay very convenient. A hairdryer was provided, along with extra pillows and blankets for added comfort. The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, and even a toothbrush with cleaning gel, which was a nice touch.
The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the sea, making it perfect for relaxing seaside visits. The hotel also maintains a high standard of cleanliness, with room cleaning done every day. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay.

The location is perfect, unfortunately there were a lot of road works outside going on into the night but I understand this is completely out of the hotels hands. The lady named Miracle on reception was the main reason I came back, absolutely brilliant!!! If she doesn’t own the place, she deserves to! 100% 👌
It’s a little dated but the location and staff more than make up for this.
Location is good. 24 hour receptionist was really nice. It was really clean.
Bed mattress was old felt like it sank in the middle. There was roadworks outside till 3am. Obviously out of their control.
Staff were very friendly. The location was excellent. The value was brilliant. The hotel was pretty much what I was expecting. The room and bathroom weren't huge, but neither was the price.

No possibility to hang and dry beach accessories so, if you visit during summer season, not very convenient. Electric kettle at disposition but no tea provided.
A nice small place. The elevator was a little bit loud because my room was directly next to it.
Alicante is beautiful and in no time u can visit beautiful places 🙂

The hotel is in a great location!
When checking in the young lady on reception was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, I proceeded to my room on the 5th floor and it was immaculate clean and fresh, the room had a small balcony which had a limited view of the sea.
The room had everything you need with a comfortable large bed with nice touches to the linen being embroidered with the hotels logo.
Great stay and would highly recommend
