Lovely hotel and excellent helpful staff. All the pools were lovely. The hotel is an excellent place to stay slightly away from all the lively places but it was an easy walk to the party area and only €2 on the bus.

It was clean comfortable with good restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again
Pros:

We liked that the room was cleaned and the towels were changed everyday. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. All pool and entertainment facilities excellent.

Cons:

Only one thing there was no shade on the roof top pool area

El entorno (no ves edificios a tu alrededor) las piscinas, la comida es buena y variada y el personal muy amable. Cristina, animadora, muy competente

Second visit for me. I think that it is OUTRAGEOUS that there is no tea, coffee, kettle facilities in the room!
You have to ask at reception, but until you enter the room, and look everywhere, no kettle etc!
Then back to Reception, if busy, stand around, ask why, find out you must request kettle etc, and pay x amount each day.

This I did on arrival, as stayed before, so knew situation.

A few hrs after arrival, still no kettle etc. Phoned reception, asked if I knew that I would have to pay?

I explained that I knew this and payed, hours earlier, as detailed in my hotel receipt, but still no tea, coffee, kettle. By this time 6 hrs later I was desperate for tea.
Eventually it was delivered to our room. No apologies for delay!
This is my only complaint re this Hotel, and may influence my decision of staying here again.
