Pros:

子供向けのアクティビティが充実していた。

Cons:

オールインクルーシブのスナック、フリードリンクのクオリティ、チョイスはもう少し改善できるかも。
通常の朝昼晩のビュッフェはとても美味しくて満足だった。

On the whole very good, would go back!
Pros:

Great apartment, comfortable beds!
Lovely choice of food and quick service.
Nice pools.
Convenient location for shops, bars and beach.

Cons:

Kids disco should have had songs like k pop, Macarena, Fast food song etc given the amount of British children. Granddaughter did not like it much as was more Spanish/ German.
Even after complaining for 3 days they did not manage to change a flashing lightbulb in our corridor!

Suitable for families with small children
Pros:

Great kids pool with slides and a tent for shade in one of its corners, as well as a splash pool right next to it. Despite the size of the hotel, there were always sunbeds available by the pools, and queues at bars/restaurants weren't too bad at all most of the time. The food at the main restaurant was really good and diverse most of the time. The beach is not too far at all and is of good quality.

Cons:

A lot of the staff weren't too friendly or helpful, particularly at reception (e.g. during our check-in, they didn't give us the safe key or the cards for the pool towels, they didn't ask us about our stay at check-out, the Mini Club staff except Maria looked fed up or totally uninterested in the kids most of the time, some of the cleaners wouldn't even say "Hello" back to us, etc. etc.). The air con in our room did not respond to the temperature setting: whether you set it to 20 degrees or 30 degrees, it blasted out air so cold that we would wake up in the middle of the night literally shivering; using it also resulted in a strong sewage smell filling our room. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, e.g. the floor in our room had some else's hair on it when we checked in, and it was still there when we were leaving; we also watched restaurant staff push food off a messy table onto a floor without wiping either the floor or the table. The main pool is extremely small for the hotel size and very shallow too (I'm 5"2 and could stand everywhere in it), so you will not be able to actually swim - sometimes there was barely any space in it to stand still.

Hemos estado muy agusto, para repetir
Pros:

Las piscinas son geniales y el buffet de desayuno muy variado y completo.

Cons:

Quizás las habitaciones (hablo del estudio) podían renovarse un poco,están un poco antiguas y muy usadas…y el desayuno que te ofrecen( si te vas antes de la hora de abertura del buffet pero obviamente has pagado ese servicio) es insuficiente.

Jól éreztük magunkat, viszont ár-érték arányban legközelebb jobban körülnézünk
Pros:

Szuper helyen van, közvetlen szomszédságban boltok, éttermek, közel van a part is. Szuper volt a kültéri medence rész és a kiszolgálás is! A takarítás mindig rendben volt, maga a hotel kultúrált, az étezések kimagaslóan jók voltak, nem éri meg kihagyni! Bőséges, választékos és nagyon finom ételeket kínáltak! A személyzet kedves, odafigyelő viszont nem mindenki beszéli az angol nyelvet, ettől függetlenül segítőkészek voltak! Két gyerkőccel nyaraltunk, elégedettek voltunk!

Cons:

Ami előny sajnos az a hátrány is, hajnalig tartó éjszakai bulizás és mindennapos karaoke est sajnos borzasztóan zajos és hangos, szuper az éjszakai élet lent, de egy 2 év 4 éves gyerekkel kevés lehetőség van erre, inkább a pihenésre vágyna az ember, de azt a zajtól aligha lehetett. A szobák kissé elavultak, nem modernek, a klímának sajnos kellemetlen szaga is volt, takarítás ráfért volna.

La piscine extérieure est top.

Le all inclusive très bien, beaucoup de choses, les repas sont bon et il y a beaucoup de choix au buffet.

Cons:

Le SPA; dans la piscine et le jacuzzi l’eau est froide et le sauna et hammam censé être compris sont en suppléments et à réserver d’avance; clairement pas à la hauteur du reste.

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, et les portes d’entrées bruyantes.

Pros:

Ήταν αρκετά διασκεδάστικα για το παιδι 4 ετών.

Cons:

Περσι είχαν πολλές περισσότερες δραστηριότητες για τα παιδια και τους ενήλικες.
Το δωματιο που μας έδωσαν φέτος ηταν πιο μεγάλο αλλα το πρόβλημα ηταν το ίδιο με πέρσι. Δεν καθάριζαν όπως πρεπει και τα σεντόνια τα άλλαζαν σπάνια. Και τα μαξιλάρια πολυ σκληρά.
Δεν υπάρχει καλή ηχομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να ακούμε τους δίπλα και τους απο πανω σαν να ηταν στο δικό μας δωματιο.

Alles in allem für 1 Woche ok. Aber an den letzten beiden Tagen war das Hotel sehr sehr voll.
Pros:

Gute Lage, durchschnittlich gutes Essen und die Sauberkeit waren auch in allen Bereichen gut. Es gab ein Kinderbuffet.

Cons:

Personal nicht mehr ganz so freundlich, wirkten oft gestresst. Animationsteam hätte präsenter sein können. Liegen wurden morgens in einer Vielzahl frühzeitig reserviert, trotz Hinweisschilder, dass es nicht erlaubt ist,
aber es hat niemanden interessiert.

En fin semester med familjen.
Pros:

Bekväma sängar och god mat. Personalen var trevlig och hotellet hade i övrigt en bra standard.

Cons:

Besticken och tallrikarna i restaurangen var ofta smutsiga, vilket drog ner helhetsintrycket. Poolen höll cirka 33 grader och var därför för varm för att svalka sig. Dessutom var poolen för liten i förhållande till hotellets storlek, vilket gjorde att den ofta kändes trång.
