La conception du village, l'accueil et la réactivité du personnel, l'espace dans la pièce principale, la grande terrasse de l'appartement (même si la piscine privative n'était pas utilisable!), la vue, le calme, le petit déjeuner varié.
La propreté (L'appartement n'était pas très net), les lits de la 2ème chambre n'étaient pas préparés, il n'y avait pas de produits de toilette dans la salle de douche. L'eau de la piscine était très froide. Un peu excentré.

Die Anlage war sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Reinigungsservice war perfekt.
Die Küchenaustattung war sehr dürftig (Nur 2 Weingläser und 4 Wassergläser). zuwenig Handtücher.
Bien situé, bon accueil, merci à Carolina pour son dévouement (on l'attend en France pour une fondue ou raclette....).
Chambre spacieuse, très calme et super terrasse privative.

En realidad me gustó todo, el hotel muy bien y tranquilo, las habitaciones estupendas y limpias, pero, lo que más me gustó fue el restaurante por el servicio de sus trabajadores, sobre todo de Hisham, Maria y Arturo
È stato tutto perfetto. La posizione, la struttura e soprattutto lo staff. Dalla reception al ristorante e bar, sono stati tutti molto disponibili e gentili. Consigliato vivamente anche per famiglie.
Molt confortable, molt net i còmode. El personal, tant el de recepció com el del menjador i el de neteja son molt servicials i amables. La situació és còmoda, tot i que és a un extrem de l’illa. En cotxe l’altre extrem de Lanzarote és a 1 hora, i en allà hi ha els Jameos del Agua, la Cueva de los Verdes, el Mirador del Río o el Jardín de los Cactus. És a prop del Timanfaya i Los Hervideros.
L’únic que no ens ha agradat és el menjar, cuinat molt de temps abans i amb poca gràcia.
Liked the quietness and the private “garden” space with the spa bath. Chef at breakfast was very obliging with freshly made omelettes and fried eggs for breakfast. Check in and out receptionist very friendly and obliging.
Overall place needs maintenance attention - front door barely closes, doors into 2 bathrooms stick badly, no locks on windows in bathrooms. Could do with a thorough clean especially the bathrooms. Covering in garden area badly needs replacing - worn thin and no longer fit for purpose. Went all inclusive with dinner and wish I hadn’t. No ambience in the restaurant. Food only ok. Nothing special at all - all pre prepared and lukewarm. Decided to eat out after first night. Much better experience at marina - loads of choice and about a 30 minute stroll away. Lovely.

El personal es lo mejor con diferencia en el complejo, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que les pides. Sin duda se merecen un 10

Instalaciones un poco antiguas y aire acondicionado no funciona
La terraza del apartamento, con una piscinita privada y vistas al mar. La piscina comunitaria de las instalaciones también está muy bien.
Los apartamentos por dentro están un poco viejos, aunque se compensa con la terraza y las instalaciones comunes.
