La zona comun y lis jardines. La terraza del bungalow
El primer día nos dieron un bungalow de una categoría inferior (habíamos contratado uno superior con jacuzzi). El segundo día, ya en el bungalow superior no funcionaba el agua caliente. El tercer día salía agua marrón del grifo. Un desastre. Finalmente el último día nos arreglaron el agua y tuvieron el detalle de devolvernos el dinero correspondiente a la diferencia de un bungalow deluxe con uno inferior.
El trato del personal super atentos
Que las vacaciones se acabarán tan rápido
Apartamento limpio, confortable y con buena terraza para disfrutar despues de visitar la isla. La piscina agradable, y nada masificado. Desayuno buffet correcto y cenas variadas y buenas.
Hay pan sin gluten, pero podrian dar alguna opcion de pastas sin gluten en el desayuno, para los celiacos.
La villa , el servicio de sala y recepción.
No hay aire acondicionado en la recepción horror para el personal a 34 grados todo el día allí metidos , y en el salón de comidas también hace calor.
El personal muy amable y el ambiente en la piscina super tranquilo.
El fotógrafo un crack, las fotos son mejores de lo que te encuentras (ejemplo, ya no existe el jacuzzi que aparece en la foto de la piscina).
Si reformaran bien los apartamentos y limpiaran todo bien sería un sitio top.
Las habitaciones y la limpieza.
Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, le han dado una reforma pero está como a medias. La cocina y los electrodomésticos son de los años 80.
Los somieres antiguos. Está recién pintado pero está como mal pintado. Cada apartamento tiene dos baños, uno reformado y otro sin reformar.
Nuestra habitación superior Deluxe tenía los cojines con manchas, la terraza de tierra con colillas, el felpudo del jacuzzi estaba muy sucio (para eso mejor no poner felpudo), el baño olía a tubería, no funcionaba bien la vitrocerámica, la bbq no tenía chimenea y a la bandeja le faltaba un mango.
Cuando ibas por la noche al apartamento había bolsas de basuras por los caminos.
La piscina y las vistas

Breakfast was first class, the staff were really helpful in the restaurant. Location is fantastic for papa gay shopping centre which has a few bars and restaurants that we like to use. Close to the marina with a 20 minute stroll. Quiet and friendly
Not really anything, it exceeded my expectations for the price paid.

Jolies petites maisons. Vue sur la mer depuis le bungalow où nous étions. Belle piscine.
Petit déjeuner très moyens, produits bas de gamme. Fraises surgelées …. Si vous souhaitez faire de cuisine dans le bungalow il manque des ustensiles : saladier, épluché légumes, ciseaux, dessous de plat.
We stayed 7 days at this beautiful place . Staff is great , all are very pleasant and with a big smile on their face . They helped us with everything , we took rent a car and spent 5 days driving around. Staff recomend us rent a car company who got there with a car . We stayed in big bungalow with 2 bedrooms , and 2 bathrooms , big terace with pool and sea view . Beds are super comfortable , bathrooms are nice , kitchen got everything you need if you want to cook ( we did not ) , but there is option if you want to . Very nice , calm and qiet sorounding for great family vacation . Outside pool is good size with a lot of sunbeds, we found everytime free spot for 4 of us . Pool staff is great , they take care of everything to be clean and that you feel safe with kids .
Pool bar is cool , nice coctails and drinks , and snack for all inclusive included if you want to eat beside 3 dishes time . Food is ok , meat is maybe not the best option if you are big big meat lover , but all sea food , fish , salads etc are good choice . We had great time , kids loved it also . Thanks for everything again .
Sometimes during the cloudy weather you can feel presure smell from the utilitys , but windy weather cleares it quick . That is my only bad thing for this hotel , but I would say that ic common thing for islands .

L’emplacement
La conception du village, l'accueil et la réactivité du personnel, l'espace dans la pièce principale, la grande terrasse de l'appartement (même si la piscine privative n'était pas utilisable!), la vue, le calme, le petit déjeuner varié.
La propreté (L'appartement n'était pas très net), les lits de la 2ème chambre n'étaient pas préparés, il n'y avait pas de produits de toilette dans la salle de douche. L'eau de la piscine était très froide. Un peu excentré.

Die Anlage war sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Reinigungsservice war perfekt.
Die Küchenaustattung war sehr dürftig (Nur 2 Weingläser und 4 Wassergläser). zuwenig Handtücher.
