Pros:

Me decepcionó no tener piscina cuanso íbamos a descansar y pasar unos dias de luna de miel..pero bueno..no nos dijeron que no estaba la piscina operativa y unos de los motivos pir los que jos fuimos fue por eso..

Cons:

Haberme dicho que no teníais la piscina operativa y unas hamacas por lo menos para tomar sol..ni la terraza para tomar algun refresco..

La decoración divina, la ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación excelente

Cons:

La ducha no tenía prácticamente presión de agua, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba, en la habitación no habia medio de comunicación con recepción para informar y la recepción al esta cerrada por la hora es en el hotel frente a santa Ana, entre los productos del baño se hecho en falta pasta de dientes, y el suelo se sentía con mucho polvo

Trato excelente y habitación cómoda!
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, hotelito pequeño y súper tranquilo, camas muy cómodas y todo limpio y en buen estado.
Pero lo mejor de todo!! Néstor, el recepcionista!! Súper amable y atento!! Al estar cerrado el bar piscina por reformas nos ofreció llevar una botella de vino a la habitación, todo el trato con muchísima atención!

La ubicación, céntrico y mucha tranquilidad en los alrededores, el personal nos ha tratado del 10, muy atentos y amables.

Cons:

La piscina no está operativa ( no nos importó) en cuanto al agua de la ducha, no sé si debió a alguna avería pero en agua tenía exceso de cloro

Wonderful stay in Las Palmas
Pros:

Beautifully decorated rooms, I got to see 2 of them due to an issue with the first. The breakfast options were great and you could have additional dishes that can be cooked fresh. The location of perfect and you feel very safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The shower was blocked in the first room and had a bad smell coming from the drain, the staff did switch my room but still wasn’t a great first impression. There was also a small but high pitched electrical noise at night which bothered me in both rooms but I am quite sensitive to this in general so I bought some earplugs.
