Great hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Paula on reception was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Having a friendly person on reception made the stay less stressful as I was accompanying my disabled son. The location was fantastic, a few yards from the cathedral and museums in the attractive old district of Vegueta which covered our interests perfectly. I was able to access the rooftop pool in this attractive old building with its comfortable, modern interior. We had a delicious breakfast on the last day and met the chef who was also friendly and helpful. The staff were great and really made the stay such a pleasure.

We needed a place to stay between flights and chose Veguetas as it is nearer the airport

The hotel in a good location was adequate for us
Pros:

Good location however if you have a room on front be aware it is a one way road with traffic .
The bed was extremely comfortable and big

Cons:

The photographs are deceptive. The pool and sitting area on roof are much smaller than they look.

We had a standard double ( no 33) . No mirrors in bedroom area . Just one small window
They provide tea but no kettle instead you have to use the pod coffee machine to get hot water ..not boiled water though.There were only 6 hangers on a hanger rail no wardrobes

The bathroom was adequate with a decent shower however there was a stale smell which seemed to come from shower drain .

La noche del jueves hubo cena en el comedor central, por lo que había bastante escándalo hasta las 12'00 horas. Quizás entre semana pondría un horario de corte anterior.
