Estancia agradable
Pros:

En general todo estuvo correcto. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, la cama cómoda. La comunicacion fue fluida.

Cons:

Sigo estando muy en contra del self-serve absoluto. Lo puedo llegar a entender en un entorno de ciudad, mas impersonal, donde la rotación sea alta y demás. No en estos entornos. La cercanía marca la diferencia. No hay personal en ningún momento, más que en el desayuno, que podría estar un poquito mas trabajado, por otro lado.

Hotel sencillo, pero bastante recomendable. Bien situado

Desayuno: basico pero tenia de todo, bastante bueno.
Nos dieron una habitación adaptada y el baño estaba muy bien y era muy espacioso.
La cama comoda pero las almohadas muy, muy malas

Sin poder dormir sin aire y sin darme solucion,una verguenza

Llegamos a 37° grados y el aire no consigue bajar la temperatura de la habitacion a menos de 28
Llamo a todos los telefonos de asistencia,ya que no hay recepcion y por whatssap te contesta la IA,y no contesta nadie
Consigo un tel fijo y su solucion es dejarme un ventilador,increible
Les digo que lo solucionen o que me devuelvan el dinero porque el aire no funciona bien y me dicen que como si echa aire aunque no baje la temperatura no puedo quejarme ,una verguenza.
Si los aires funcionan bien porque tienen un trastero lleno de ventiladores?al final como eran las 11 de la noche de un sabado a ver que haces? No dormir y salir de mañana pitando de ese hotel de sinverguenzas
