Le climatiseur ne fonctionne pas, un ventilateur est sur place mais ce n'est pas logique de passer le mois de juillet avec un ventilateur, les vitres sont condamnées j'avais pas accès de les remonter ou les descendre, la chambre est très petite; pas d armoire. Les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas également.

Pros:

La vonfigyacion del apartamento y su ubicacion

Cons:

El abandono del mantenimiento.
Se desprendió una jamba de la puerta de entrada, dimos parte el 1er día y no la arreglaron.
El ascensor tercermundista.
Espacios comunes abandonados.
Un desastre de gestión , en unas instalaciones con espléndidas posibilidades.

Deterioro en general.
Pros:

La entrada al edificio parecía muy lujosa, pero nada más pasar de esos todo esta cutre y la ventilación de la habitación era genial.

Cons:

El ascensor para acceder a las diferentes plantas era muy pequeño apenas entraban dos personas de masa corporal normal, además de estar bastante deteriorado y tener un aspecto poco cuidado. En mi planta, que era la segunda, nada más abrirse las puertas del ascensor se podía ver una mancha de humedad enorme por lo que olia todo el edificio a moho.

Al entrar en la habitación, apenas funcionaban las luces; casi todas estaban fundidas o no funcionaban correctamente y, además, la habitación no tenía ventana. Si te duchabas, el agua se salía por debajo de la mampara, lo que resultaba bastante incómodo.

Por otro lado, si querías maquillarte o simplemente necesitabas buena iluminación, tenías que utilizar la linterna del móvil porque con la poca luz que había en la habitación prácticamente no se veía nada.
