Posizione e camera nuova e pulita. Personale alla colazione super gentile, colazione buona.
La camera era in un edificio diverso da quello della reception e della sala colazione, non sono stati molto comunicativi nel farci sapere che la struttura si trova in un area a traffico limitato e quindi bisogna considerare che vanno portati i bagagli a mano. Nel caso fatevi prenotare un posto auto prima, a noi non è stato detto e l’abbiamo scoperto una volta li che ce ne sarebbe stata la possibilità.

My only small criticism is that the lift was still under construction which could be a problem for some people but otherwise everything was perfect .
Everything was so wonderful, perfect location next to the church, staff friendliness, even as we arrived late at night due to very delayed flight. We have never stayed at a place that was cleaned so nicely every day, even Sunday. Cosy, beatifull, spacious, pleasant room with a delicately made touch of the local mallorcine stones in 2 of the walls in the bedroom and bathroom.
Reception just around the corner with a lovely front yard where you could eat breakfast, dinner or just have a drink.
You can buy hiking maps at the reception.
Fantastic beds, great bathroom.
All rhe staff was super fast and effective in communication, both on mail and phone and in person.
We would highly reccommend hotel Soller Centre / El Guia and would love to come back again!
An extra chair in the otherwise well equipped room would be nice fot 2 people.
The hotel is now managed by Hotel Guia and does not have its own facilities, other than rooms.
The location is excellent, as its name implies - just a minute or two to almost everything Soller has to offer (including trams to the Port etc)
During our stay the hotel was in the process of completing a refurbishment, and the lift was not available. We were only one floor up, so for us this was not a major issue, but it could be for some.
A lovely room very well sit situated near the main Square and had everything we needed. The staff at the neighbouring Guia hotel were particularly helpful to us and friendly. This hotel works alongside soller central and checked us in.

A recepcionista Chelsea é otima, educada, prestimosa e fez tudo para termos uma excelente estadia. Os quartos sao muito bons, confortáveis e a localização é 10.
Deveria ter mais cobertores e travesseiro.

Location and just how comfortable the room/bed was. Great size bathroom too. Staff were very helpful with check in and organising our car parking.

Excellent location in the heart of Soller, especially close to tram stop but was very peaceful despite this. The room was spacious and clean and had the best AC I’ve ever experienced which was great during the 30’C+ heat. All the reception staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful, giving us lots of info & advice. Would highly recommend!
I had read other reviews that parking could be difficult in Soller but didn’t appreciate just how difficult it would be until we got there. Would highly recommend pre-booking a space at the hotels car park where possible for ease otherwise you’ll find yourself driving around for quite some time.
There’s no lift so can imagine it could be a little tricky for some if staying on the top floor
El desayuno estuvo muy bien, y el personal muy amable.
La ubicación perfecta, en el centro.
Hubiera sido útil tener indicaciones para llegar al parking ya que no conocíamos la zona y fue un poco complicado. Pero todo estuvo muy bien.

L’accès à l’établissement et trouver une place de parking est un peu compliqué mais on a eu de la chance d’avoir trouvé une place juste dans le parking au pieds de l’hotel

Très très compliqué pr circuler en voiture ds Soller et arriver jusqu'à l'hôtel ( rues étroites, bcp de sens interdits).
Peu de pkg gratuit à proximité ; il faut marcher 15 min à pied avec des valises en empruntant des rues qui montent où descendent bcp !
Il existe un petit parking juste à côté de l'hôtel à réserver à l'avance mais assez cher (18€/jr en juin)
Une fois garés, ns vs conseillons d'utiliser les transports en commun ; tout est bien desservi ds les alentours
