The location, the workers, the confort of the bed
Very nice place to stay, it would have been 10/10 if the cleaning was done. The bed room, mirror, bathroom, furnitures floor was Very dirty. There were traces of dirt on the floor and it was very obvious that it was the first thing we noticed when we entered the bedroom. If not the bed was very confortable, the worker were great and understanding.

The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel was well positioned near the highway. Good for a short stay.
Reception is messy, they do not find my reservation, saying that there is no available room for me, even given them the paper printed Booking version. There is no key in your room the access done by the garage door, when you leave the room the garage door is left open and you have to request the reception to close it remotely, leaving the feeling that your goods are not safe.

No tener una llave para entrar y salir de forma autónoma sin tener que pasar x recepción . Igual que velan por las intimidad de los huéspedes el personal podía velar x su descanso y ser más silencioso. Nuestra habitación estaba junto a la puerta que usan para salir a fumar y cambiar de edificio,
Nothing
Our ‘suite’ felt like it was set up for dodgy movie making. Uncovered concrete floor, low level lighting, tacky furniture, various ceiling mounted harnesses and wall mounted brackets (I can’t imagine any normal ‘exercise’ that these could be used for). Two double beds and a hot tub. Air conditioning which merely stirred the red hot air - no cooling and hence no sleep. No means of securing doors leaving access for staff at any time. Toilet seat broken. No fridge, no ability to make a cup of tea/coffee. Reception welcome was via a metal tunnel through which a hand appeared to take our passports and our €200 a night. We complained but the staff obviously had no authority to offer us anything other than a bottle of wine or a free breakfast. We can’t blame them for the situation but there was no evidence of any ‘management’ being available.
The area was completely sold out for the solar eclipse otherwise we’d have left after 2 minutes. I can’t understand how anyone could rate this hotel highly - it makes me very suspicious of the Review and Rating process.
