Het balkon aan onze kamer. Gelukkig zijn we niet door de stoel gezakt die op het balkon stond, deze was helemaal versleten. Prachtige ligging.

Cons:

Er was een bureau in de kamer, maar geen enkele stoel. De zeepdispenser in de douche was leeg. Het eten in het restaurant viel heel erg tegen. De frieten zijn gekookt in vet, de zalm was niet gaar.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen maken in Picos

Over het algemeen goede parkeer gelegenheid, locatie is handig vanwege de gondel (ongeveer 3 mins lopen) en mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

Sanitair was schoon maar enigszins verouderd.
Personeel had in sommige gevallen ietwat klantvriendelijker mogen handelen.

Cons:

Nous avons passé 15 jours au Pays basque, d'est en ouest. Sur les 7 hôtels que nous avons fréquentés, C'est le seul qui nous a laissé une impression mitigée. Personnel assez froid, surtout la personne qui semble gérer la salle. Buffet petit-déjeuner très basique. Comme l'hôtel fait en même temps restaurant, vous devez attendre qu'une table se libère lorsque vous vous présentez pour dîner. Aucune table n'est réservée pour les résidents à l'hôtel. Chambre vieillotte avec petit écran TV. Quatre chaînes disponibles. Baignoire équipée d'un rideau de douche plastique qu'on ne voit pratiquement plus nulle part.

Die Lage ist super!

Cons:

Das Restaurantpersonal ist teils unfreundlich. Sie räumen um 21.00 die Tische fürs Frühstück um, während Gäste noch essen und das Restaurant erst um 22.00 Uhr schließt. Morgens ist dauernd der Kaffee alle, weil sie für den ganzen Saal nur zwei Kannen hinstellen.

Emplacement exceptionnel ! Vue fabuleuse depuis la terrasse et pour les chanceux qui ont une chambre côté terrasse (ce qui n'était pas notre cas)
Repas du soir délicieux.

Lits inconfortables, chambres mal insonorisées.
Petit-déjeuner en supplément, peu de choix, notamment si on n'est pas là dès l'ouverture.
Personnel poli et correct mais pas chaleureux.
On a eu le malheur d'être dans notre chambre lors du passage des femmes de ménage, en début d'après-midi, on leur a demandé gentiment s'il était possible de repasser dans 30 minutes, que nous allions libérer la chambre. Réponse positive. À notre retour nous avons constaté que la chambre n'avait pas été faite.

The hotel was steps away from the Tenerifico cable car, which is a great starting point to explore the picos de Europa.
