A fabulous stay in a great hotel.
Pros:

Behind an unassuming facade, is a wonderfully hidden treasure with excellent location and quite wonderful gardens and a great swimming pool. The hotel is quite charming and very comfortable.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed the hotel has no full time running restaurant as the salads I had at lunch and daily breakfasts I sampled were excellent; although Sóller has plenty of eateries and very close by. If you have mobility issues be aware the stairs can be a challenge. However suitcases were taken up and brought down.

It’s a beautiful property great position

Cons:

It was extremely expensive.. you couldn’t sit at the pool till after 3 as there is a school right beside it .. the noise level is pretty bad. Breakfast is very basic you have to pay for cooked eggs!! Staff are polite but there a coldness in their hospitality.. we arrived back to the hotel at 10.15 one evening we asked for a drink which we were going to bring to our room.. staff were in the bar but told us it was closed.. very strange

Great location, quiet, very clean, friendly but room very small.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and very clean and well maintained and quiet. The staff were friendly. There was a lovely cat that came to visit all the guests from a neighbouring property. Definitely a bonus and we loved her.

Cons:

The room was very small for the amount of money I paid. We were only there for 3 nights and there was really nowhere to put our clothes. No proper cupboard or wardrobe to hang dresses/put clothes and barely any space for our suitcases which we had to keep on the floor right by the bed. I had to hang my dresses on the towel hooks. So definitely very expensive for the size of the room we had so it was good we were only there for 3 nights.

Beautiful unique property, highly recommend.
Pros:

A true little oasis within the walls of the city center. Loved the unique property layout with all the gorgeous outdoor green space.

Cons:

I wish we had a bedroom window that didn’t face the courtyard. But minor detail, the room layout worked out great for us and our small baby.

Pros:

from start to finish, Can Roses exceeded our expectations. The location - a hidden door right in the centre of town. The staff were so friendly, and went out of their way for us and communicated well re. parking nearby. The grounds are stunning - i loved my time at the pool. We even used the gym which had everything we wanted. The breakfast had a great choice for even the fussiest of eaters!

Perfection!
Pros:

Highly recommended! We absolutely loved Ca'n Roses. It was truly a dream to stay here. Not only was the hotel beautiful and charming but also immaculate. We enjoyed our comfy room, strolling the property and all the delicious meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) amongst lovely company. A big thank you to the whole Ca'n Roses Team especially Chris, Kevin, Denisa, Marie and Chef Federico. You made our little family feel so welcome and at home, and we are grateful to you for accommodating us. The excellent hospitality we received is what sets Ca'n Roses apart from the rest and made our experience in Sóller very special. We will definitely return the next time we are in Mallorca!

Ich hatte einen traumhaften Urlaub voller Rosen.
Pros:

Mir hat der liebevolle Stil dieser Anlage sehr gut gefallen. Die Möbel und Einrichtung waren mit Liebe ausgesucht. Überall gab es Blumen und Blüten. Kleine Besonderheiten, wie ein riesiger Berg von Orangen, waren drapiert. Eine alte Ölmühle war der Blickfang im Atrium. Alles war im einheimischen Stil gehalten und passte wunderschön zusammen.
Abends konnte man im Innenhof oder auf der Terrasse sitzen und die schöne Musik hören. Wein mit Nüssen wurde serviert. Tolles Frühstück. Es gab Obst, auch kleine, täglich wechselnde Besonderheiten, gutes Brot und leckeren Kaffee und sonstige Köstlichkeiten. Es war alles da, was man braucht.

We loved staying at Hotel Can Roses. Wonderful staff, great location, beautiful gardens & hotel.

The Staff were amazing. The location was perfect for the town, beach, mountain walks and runs, easy to travel by bus or train to other parts of the island. Beautifully styled hotel with gorgeous gardens.

Great place to stay in the heart of Sóller.
Pros:

Great location, close to everything but secluded and peaceful with a beautiful garden. The breakfast was very good. We had dinner one evening in the hotel and it was excellent.

Cons:

The standard double rooms are small! Would book a better room next time!

Hotelzimmer hat überhaupt nicht in den Erwartungen entsprochen
Pros:

Es war alles schön sauber! Auch das Essen war gut. Auch der Außenbereich war gut gepflegt. Das Personal, das uns empfangen hatte, war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir haben doch einen relativ hohen Preis dafür bezahlt, ein angenehmes Hotelzimmer zu haben. Nun wurde uns ein Zimmer, Zimmer 14 überlassen. Dieses Zimmer hatte ein Fenster circa 30 auf 60 cm. Das keine Knastgitter vor dem Fenster waren, ist gerade alles. Wir sind erst um 23:00 Uhr angereist und ich wollte kein anderes Zimmer dann direkt umbuchen. Wir sind einfach ins Bett gefallen. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich meinen Unmut kund getan. Ich habe gesagt, dass ich gerne ein anderes Zimmer haben möchte, weil das Zimmer erstens nicht im Ansatz den Bildern entspricht. Neben den Betten ist jeweils ein DurchganSteg von gerade mal 50 cm. Das ist eine Besenkammer, aber kein Hotelzimmer.

Wir mussten dann einen Aufpreis bezahlen, um zum nächst größeren Hotelzimmer zu kommen. Für einen relativ geringen Aufpreis haben wir dann eine Maisonette Wohnung bekommen mit Badezimmer mit der wahrscheinlich dreifachen Fläche und Außen Terrasse.

Auf meine Frage, ob sie dann nicht etwas an der Rechnung machen könne, dafür, dass ich wirklich sehr unzufrieden war. Entgegnete man mir, dass ich eine Last Minute Buchung vorgenommen hatte und ich dafür ja nicht große Erwartungen stellen könne.
Dass sie das aber noch mal mit einer anderen Verantwortlichen Person klärt und man sich bei uns meldet. Bis heute hat sich niemand gemeldet.

An sich war das Hotel total schön, aber das Hotelzimmer war wirklich ein Skandal!
