Worked well as a base for exploring Hangzhou while also being comfortable for rest days.
Pros:

Good location. Very large room with good housekeeping. A supermarket in the same building.

Cons:

A lack of Laundry services. The staff were not very confident with their english so they were not able to recommend a nearby laundry service for me. Contact information on booking.com page seems out of date.

Pros:

People were really helpful. For example they helped us booking a taxi with Didi as we cannot use Wechat for this.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the center, but this is a minor thing for me.
