The best hotel I've stayed at.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional. Paul, from the butler staff was superb. Our room was beautiful, looked brand new and provided us with more than we needed. Our reception was likewise urbane.

Cons:

That we couldn't stay longer!

Pros:

All of the staff team were so very helpful , Omar , Paul , night staff too nothing was too much trouble .

Wij hadden een hotel geboekt om een onvergetelijk verblijf te hebben in Parijs en dat werd vervuld.
Pros:

De kamer was super. Alle luxe die je maar kan wensen.

Cons:

De lift werkte 2 dagen niet, dus moesten we ons naar het 2de verdiep verplaatsen via de trap. Met mijn minder mobiele echtgenote was dit geen cadeau.
De verwarming op de kamer maakt teveel lawaai. Bij het uitschakelen 's nachts werd het al snel te koud, waardoor het 's ochtends té fris was in de kamer.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, and the Lescot suite was exquisite.
The location is on a quiet side street, but very walkable to great shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

The heat was not working in our suite and it was quite cold in late December.
Additionally, the room service menu was very limited and the quality of food we received was quite poor. The dining room was not available to us as it was Christmas Day and was not open that evening.

Nous avons rencontré un dysfonctionnement avec notre climatisation et l'équipe Villeroy s'est chargé très rapidement de régler le soucis, nous offrant une bouteille pour s'excuser. Nous avons grandement apprécié ce geste. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé et décoré avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

A super stay, with amazing staff, amenities and location!
Pros:

Everything. This is our second stay at Maison Villeroy and it was as brilliant as the first. The service is second to none and the staff so welcoming. It’s beautifully decorated and supremely comfortable.
Situated right in the heart of the shopping district within a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! It’s perfect for getting around easily by foot or public transport. They also went the extra mile as it was my birthday whilst staying.

Thank you so much everyone, and Paul, part of the butler team who looked after us - you’re wonderful and we cannot wait to see you again soon!
