Acogedor y la gente muy amable!
Friendly staff and excellent food
Location. It is presented as a nearby alternative for Saint-Lary-Soulan (25km) but it takes 2 hours by car! This is not clear in the discription on Booking.com
Lovely lunch menu!
Friendly, cozy, family-run place. The room was small but felt cozy. It was comfortable in an old-fashioned way.
There was a really weird, pungy, musty smell in the bathroom. It mostly went away after I ran the shower for a few minutes. People smoking outside meant I had to sleep with the windows closed which was disappointing.
L'hotel ens ha semblat molt bé, encara que l'habitació era una mica justa. Però les vistes de l'habitació eren molt boniques.
L'esmorzar va ser adequat i bó. El tracte del propietari va ser amigable.

Hôtel très bien situé avec un restaurant délicieux. Le personnel est disponible et très agréable. La literie est excellente et tout est très propre.

The bed was comfortable.
The toilet seat wasn’t attached to toilet properly. The room was small, I even wrote in advance asking for a nice room. The spa was closed which was very disappointing as it was supposed to be a treat for my birthday. There was nobody on reception when we arrived and nobody was at the bar when I went to ask questions about the menu so we went elsewhere for meals I’m guessing that the staff were preoccupied with the large coach group that we’re staying too. The hotel owner who we finally met at checkout didn’t seem particularly sorry when I told her about my disappointment, she said that she’d had an appointment with the police that she couldn’t change. I wouldn’t have stayed there had a known that the spa was closed. Disappointed!

A bit expensive hotel
Stanza pulita e ampio parcheggio privato. Il personale gentile.
Stanza molto piccola con bagno diviso in due vani adiacenti ( in uno wc e l’altro lavello e doccia). Le porte dei vani bagno si aprivano ambedue all’esterno verso il centro della stanza, rendendo impossibile il transito da un lato all’altro del letto senza doverle chiudere.
L’acqua della doccia era impossibile da regolare: la temperatura in pochi secondi passava da fredda a bollente e viceversa.
La porta d’ingresso alla stanza si apriva parzialmente perché sbatteva nel portavaligia.
Colazione scarsa per 14€.
