Room was good size

Neither of the 2 rooms was cleaned during our stay (5 nights).
I paid for3 people and we were only 2, yet it was never cleaned.
Beds weren’t done daily. When asked they suggested there may have been clothes on the bed (?).
Food (dinner paid extra) was hit and miss- sone evening everything was bland and lukewarm including the soup.
Cooked breakfast was particularly bad with huge trays of strangely cooked eggs and oddly tasting baked beans wasted every day.
With more attention to details this place has huge potential!

Ontbijt was matig. Warme gerechten waren niet smakelijk. Het fruit was niet vers. Accomodatie is verouderd. Bedden heel smal en zijn maar 1x opgemaakt geweest. Hadden niet de indruk dat de kamer gekuist was. Lavabo in de badkamer was vies (zie foto). Water in de bar wordt verkocht als Evian maar je krijgt een flesje uit de Aldi.

The rooms were all very dated now with some very tired looking carpets and finishes, The bedrooms were only cleaned every other day or 3 at times, Some of our rooms ran out of toilet paper and weren't replaced, although I would say buy your own anyway as it is like sandpaper! We all asked for double rooms, but were all given twin beds. The room in general is very basic and uninspiring, but for how little you are in there (bar changing and sleeping), it is very passable for the cost you pay.

Je me suis toujours demandé s'il y avait un directeur dans cet établissement ! Personne pour driver le peu de personnel au petit déjeuner. Personnel non qualifié pas très clean, vêtements sales. Il fallait réclamer du pain, machine à café qui ne fonctionnait plus, le distributeur de jus d'orange vide, les oeufs brouillés fraichement arrivés sur l'étal étaient froid, nettoyage des tables avec éponge sale en balançant les miettes sur la moquette...

Salle de bain vétuste avec un baignoire et les joins sale et noirs de moisissure
Meuble taché par le calcaire
Salle de petite dej sale, pas de nettoyage des tables par le personnel qui préfère s’amuser et s’occuper d’eux … et lorsqu’il faut nettoyer après le service préfère mettre les miettes au sol sur la moquette !

Cleaning was not great and even though shower gel supplied had to ask for it. Room not cleaned every day and bathroom was not cleaned at all.

Someone came by who was looking for me and they just gave a key without asking anything. Madness

Hygiène à revoir: Baignoire non nettoyée entre clients : eau stagnante , traces de savons sur les parois.
Besoin de le signaler plusieurs fois pour que ce soit nettoyé.
Pas de shampooing (3 étoiles?), flacons de gel douche et gel mains quasiment vides à l'arrivée et non remplis en systématique.
Lits pas réellement faits, draps non tirés, les couettes sont justes remontées.
Mobilier clairement usagé et défraîchi ( les photos doivent dater de l'ouverture...)
Insonorisation inexistante, conversations audibles d'une chambre à l'autre.
Bruit de service dès 6h30 le matin ....

Very Disappointing Experience – Absolutely Not Recommended

Our stay at Le Diva Hotel was extremely disappointing and far below any acceptable standard.

When we arrived, the room was in terrible condition. The beds were not made at all, the telephone in the room was not working because the cable was broken, and the overall condition of the room was poor and neglected. The room was unbelievably small, with almost no space to move or even place basic luggage comfortably.

Hygiene was a serious concern. The carpets did not look clean at all, and we constantly questioned whether the room was properly sanitized. This hotel is absolutely not suitable for families or children. We would strongly advise parents to stay away.

The breakfast was also very weak and disappointing, with limited options and low quality. Overall, the hotel felt dirty, poorly managed, and far below expectations. In our opinion, this property does not even deserve a three-star rating — it should be rated much lower.

Due to these unacceptable conditions, we could not tolerate staying there. Although we had a seven-night reservation, we were forced to leave the hotel after just one night because of the poor standards. We requested a refund for the remaining six nights, but there was no goodwill, no understanding, and no effort from the hotel to resolve the situation.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. We strongly recommend that future travelers do not book this hotel and look for much better alternatives.
