Cons:

J'ai choisi au moment de la réservation une chambre avec vue sur la ville et vue sur la rivière.
La chambre qui m'a été donnée était sur une route passante.
Quand j'ai réclamé ce critère on m'a certifié que ce choix n'est jamais proposé et que les chambres sont données en fonction des disponibilités.
Le collaborateur IBIS a même précisé que peut-être Booking se faisait de l'argent sur ce type d'option mais qu'en aucun cas ce n'était prévu par IBIS.
Après vérification, ce choix est bel et bien présent sur Booking au moment du choix de la chambre.
Je me suis donc retrouvé au rez-de-chaussée avec une chambre bruyante, à proximité de la réception et qui avait un film transparent opaque sur sa seule fenêtre pour ne pas être vu de la rue.

Ideaal hotel voor deelname aan de Auxerre marathon
Pros:

Perfecte ligging voor de marathon en de stad. Je kon nog douchen in de kamer na de marathon, wat na het uitcheck uur was.

Cons:

Via booking heb ik een upgrade geboekt van een tien euro: zicht op de stad én de rivier. De accomodatie meldde ons bij navraag dat ze het bericht van Booking niet had ontvangen en ze ondertussen volzet waren. Ik ga er van uit dat Booking dit zal goedmaken door een terugstorting. Hotel werd cash betaald en de opmerking was mondeling.
Kamer was erg klein en lag aan de kant van de drukke straat. We vroegen bovendien een rustige kamer..

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede ir caminando al pueblo en pocos minutos. Tiene un servicio de bar con alguna comida sencilla disponible. Lo recomiendo.
