Pros:

L'accueil chaleureux de votre personnel lors de mon arrivée. Malheureusement, suite à ma rémission de mon cancer, j'avais payé le petit déjeuner mais que je n'ai pas pu profité car je n'ai pas su me lever à temps. Mais votre hôtel est vraiment très agréable, avec la terrasse et le personnel qui est là 24h/24, franchement, bravo et merci à vous.

Cons:

Que l'on me demande une carte en cas de dégâts. On ne m'a jamais demandé ça dans aucun hôtel. Donc, à mon entrée dans la chambre, il y avait des coups sur la planche de WC, des griffes au mur, des traces noires au mur donc, j'ai fais des photos et j'ai été de suite montrer tout ça à l'accueil pour transmettre les dégâts avant que je ne passe mon séjour là afin d'être sûre que cela avait bien été pris en compte. Malheureusement, on ne donne pas de papier pour y inscrire tout ça et d'avoir la preuve que tout à bien été fait remarqué par le client.

Excellent except for the noisy air conditioning.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The receptionist on Sunday evening was most helpful and greeted us warmly.

Cons:

The A/C unit in the room (215) was noisy and we had to switch it off. Thus the room was quite warm through the night.
