Nel complesso rapporto qualità-prezzo accettabile
Pros:

la posizione è davvero eccezionale, nel cuore del Quartiere Latino, a pochi passi da Cattedrale di Notre-Dame di Parigi. La zona è vivace, sicura e ricca di ottimi locali, ristoranti e caffè. Inoltre, il bagno della camera era stato recentemente rinnovato e la pulizia quotidiana veniva effettuata con cura.

Cons:

Purtroppo la struttura mostra diversi segni del tempo. La mobilia è piuttosto datata e la disposizione della camera risulta poco pratica: nel nostro caso la porta del bagno si apriva solo a metà perché andava a sbattere contro l’armadio, una soluzione davvero difficile da comprendere.

Anche la biancheria e le tovaglie avrebbero bisogno di maggiore attenzione: alcune erano visibilmente usurate e presentavano macchie che sembravano non recenti. La pulizia ordinaria era buona, ma sarebbe necessaria una pulizia più approfondita di porte, finestre e pareti, dove erano presenti macchie e schizzi.

Un’altra nota negativa riguarda l’ascensore. Prima della prenotazione avevo espressamente chiesto conferma del suo funzionamento. Dopo il primo giorno di soggiorno, però, l’ascensore si è guastato e il personale non sapeva indicare quando sarebbe stato riparato perché mancava un attrezzo necessario all’intervento. Avendo la camera al secondo piano, il disagio è stato limitato, ma per altri ospiti potrebbe rappresentare un problema più serio.

Nel complesso, considerando che si tratta di un hotel a una stella, il rapporto qualità-prezzo può essere accettabile, soprattutto grazie alla posizione straordinaria. Tuttavia, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di alcuni interventi di manutenzione e di una maggiore cura dei dettagli.

La localisation et la gentillesse du personnel (surtout de jour)

Pas de volet, rideau non occultant, mur aussi fin que du papier à cigarette (on entends TOUT, mon voisin était dans ma chambre), on entends le métro, les gens dans la rue, dans les escaliers de l’hôtel. Mes boules quies étaient insuffisantes.

The staff was very welcoming. The bed is comfortable. Big bathroom. Location is excellent, not far from metro and shops and restaurants.

However, the shower head holder could not hold it well and had to hold the shower head with our hands to shower, that was a bit comfortable.
