Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. Pros:

Personnel agréable

Cons:

Chambre et balcons petits pour le prix de la chambre. Pas de mobilier sur le balcon.
Chambre au 5e étage et ascenseur en panne, un geste commercial aurait été bienvenu ! Nous n'aurions pas séjourné ici avec cette information !
Baignoire sans paroi ni rideau ce qui ne permet pas de se laver correctement sans mettre de l'eau partout
Petit déjeuner peu qualitatif au vu du prix

Great skiing, large room with mountain view and close to restaurants and shops.
Pros:

It was located in the village centre close to everything. Everyone was ver nice and helpful and our room had great size with wonderful mountain view.

La posizione

Cons:

Ascensore era rotto abbiamo dovuto farci tutti i giorni 6 piani di scale , il riscaldamento non funzionava , e nel balcone nn c’erano nemmeno delle sedie per apprezzare il paesaggio , non vale il suo costo .
La camera veniva a fatta ma gli asciugamani sono stati lasciati a terra e non vengono cambiati i fazzoletti non venivano buttati . Il posto è stupendo e quello fa tanto anche la posizione dell ‘hotel e ottima , ma non vale il prezzo che ha !!!,

Pleasant stay in a traditional French ski hotel
Pros:

Traditional French ski resort hotel, enjoyed the central location, ability to ski out (ski in is tricky / not possible), restaurant and bar area were cosy.

Cons:

The lack of safe’s in the rooms, the basic boot room / boot drying facilities and lack of opening windows in the rooms.
