Notre arrivée à été un peu chaotique avec une hôtesse de réception par rapport à notre petit chien. Comme c'est la 1ere fois que l'on.vient ,elle nous a donner la clé et débrouiller vous.nous ne savions pas que le portail fermait à une certaine heure et que l'on pouvait se servir du badge pour rentrer.et.nous ne savions pas non.plus ou chercher les prospectus pour nos visites dans la région.nous savions ce que nous voulions faire mais genre les marché etc .nous aurions aimer être guider pour voir l'ensemble de vos prestations à l'intérieur de l'ibis car nous étions perdus .de plus la douche aucune pression.sinon positif:le petit déjeuner bien copieux. Le lit et la chambre très propre . personnel au top .à part celle de notre arrivée qui nous a expédié

Très agréable - nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Mers
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Buffet du petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le service petite restauration pour le soir dans le très beau cadre du hall d'accueil.

Cons:

Le peu de place pour le rangement des vêtements et des bagages.

Geweldig ontvangst, ontspannende beleving voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

De grootte van de kamer, de uitstekende voorzieningen en de opvallende netheid. Ook zeer vriendelijk personeel aan de inkom van het hotel, mooie inrichting en veel voorzieningen. Het ontbijt was super! Veel keuze, verzorgd en een overzichtelijk heerlijk buffet. Ook hier vriendelijk personeel. Gratis ruime en veilige privé parking voor de auto.
