The bed was clean (although uncomfortable)
Towels were clean (even if I strangely received six instead of the usual three)
Difficult to find the location, very far away from the subway, the maps don't show the right location, and when I called the reception for help, they spoke only Chinese and hung up on me, without even trying to help. Rude and disrespectful.
Check-in took about 30 minutes. For literally no reason, because all other check-ins take 7 minutes maximum.
Receptionist was rudely talking to her collegue in Chinese, thinking I don't understand her, saying «Ugh, these foreigners, too many problems», told me my country «doesn’t exist», accused me of having a fake passport, and said I didn’t look like my passport photo. I have been traveling for years, and this is the first time anyone has questioned the validity of my passport. Completely unprofessional behavior.
No Wi-Fi password in the room, had to go back to reception to ask for it.
The staff made a sarcastic comment asking if I was “capable of turning on the AC”, which was unnecessary and disrespectful.
Bed was very hard and rough, walls were dirty, and there was no toilet paper in the room.
Breakfast was fine, location was convenient.
Can't think of anything
