Please inform Maison Hôtel Aux Cerisiers in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

À cause d’un problème avec ma moto, je suis arrivé après l’heure de check-in. J’ai essayé d’appeler plusieurs fois, avant pour prévenir et après mon arrivée, mais personne n’a répondu. J’ai dû dormir sur la plage car aucune autre structure n’était disponible à la dernière minute. Le lendemain, la propriétaire m’a dit avoir eu un problème de téléphone et m’a promis un remboursement, qui n’a jamais été effectué. Lorsque je l’ai rappelée pour le lui rappeler, elle m’a répondu de manière désagréable et m’a raccroché au nez.
