Pros:

Good location. Clean.

Cons:

Room was small and basic. Toilet was awkward if you have long legs. Parking is not convenient.

Un petit hôtel très bien placé, qui offre l'essentiel mais aurait besoin d'un réaménagement de fond.
Pros:

Emplacement superbe, en plein centre ancien, avec une vue imprenable sur le palais de justice de Rouen. Petite chambre fonctionnelle et propre, avec un lit confortable. Possibilité de laisser son bagage à la brasserie malgré l'absence de réception distincte. Bon accueil.

Cons:

L'aménagement général est vieillissant (la présence d'architectes à mon arrivée laisse d'ailleurs penser qu'une réfection est envisagée). Traces de moisissure et odeur un peu désagréable dans la salle de bain. Les portes du couloir des chambres sont très bruyantes, ce qui peut gêner lorsqu'un autre client part tôt ou rentre tard. J'ai trouvé la chambre un peu chère pour cette qualité d'hébergement.
Petit déjeuner de brasserie (pain, croissant, beurre, confiture et boisson chaude) un peu décevant pour moi qui ai plutôt l'habitude de manger salé le matin.

Nessuna indicazione sul fatto che arrivare all'albergo richiedeva attenzioni particolari per gli accessi selettivi per residenti in centro città. Lasciare la machina vicina, andare a piedi a chiedere come fare ad arrivare, per lo scarso inglese del personale, per scaricare le valigie non è il massimo.
Stanza al terzo piano con scala ripida e stretta, con scarsa attenzione alle difficoltà del trasporto delle nostre valigie.

Good value for money, with stunning view and perfect location.
Pros:

The location is the best possible in the city. And the depending on the room you get - the view is absolutely stunning.

Cons:

If you are traveling by car - there is no hotel parking and so consider that you will need to spend around 16-20€ a day for parking in one of the nearby city parkings.

Trop cher pour le peu de confort et beaucoup de nuisances

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour découverte culturelle comme cela a été pour moi.

Cons:

Chambre au quatrième étage sans ascenseur. Cela dit, le gérant a été très aidant, il a monté ma valise dans la chambre, donc merci pour cela. Chambre très petite est surtout très mal placé par rapport au conduit aération de leur cuisine situé sur le toit face à la fenêtre de la salle de bain. Du coup, j'ai du dormir la fenêtre ouverte durant les deux nuités. Heureusement qu'il ne faisait pas encore froid. Je l'ai signalé au gérant, il faisait semblant d'être surpris, mais c'est certainement récurent. Surtout refuser la chambre 9. Pas assez de prises pour tout brancher, c'est soit la TV mais pas la bouilloire électrique en même temps, j'a du donc mettre le plateau de courtoisie par terre pour faire chauffer l'eau de la bouilloire. De plus le couvercle de la bouilloire ne tient plus, j'ai failli me bruler la première par surprise. L'insonorisation est tellement inexistante entre les chambres et le couloir, qu'il est impératif de se munir de boules quiès.

Céntrico para conocer Rouen

Está en pleno centro de Rouen, comodidad total para ver el centro andando.
Tuvimos una habitación enfrente del Palacio de Justicia y fue un verdadero lujo.
La habitación amplia y cuenta con todo lo necesario salvo aire acondicionado.

Cons:

No había ascensor y que es complicado acceder al hotel porque son calles peatonales pero tienes justo al lado el parking de justicia (previo pago)
