The location is absolutely beautiful - peaceful and perfectly situated. The hotel is set in a lovely old building that's been very well maintained. Our room was clean, the reception team was wonderful, and the swimming pool area is beautifully set up.
The food service was truly disappointing- disorganized and lacking warmth. We waited a long time to be served at dinner and had to ask multiple times before anyone attended to us. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unaccustomed to handling a large number of guests. Breakfast was equally poor: items weren't refilled on time, no one welcomed us on arrival, and I had to set my own table. To top it off, no lounge service was available after dinner.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la Valle della Loira e i suoi castelli. Struttura e giardino molto interessanti per aggiungere una nota di relax e bellezza al viaggio. Ottimo anche il ristorante.

E- Ladesäule ( 2) war vorhanden und funktionierte das war toll, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Essen sehr gut, das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einem alten Herrenhaus, kann ich nur empfehlen
Treppenhaus zum Zimmer nur für leichtes Gepäck

Wifi verbinding en de TV was een probleem
Geen klachten.
Badkamer: weinig ruimte op/rondom de wastafel.
