The property feels very homey. With the beautiful garden to the peaceful sun room. The food is fantastic and they make a great coffee with breakfast.

Quiet, cozy and friendly.
Pros:

Extremely cozy and only a 5 minute walk from SeaWorld. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Location, private garden room was lovely, shower pressure was amazing. The restaurant was absolutely beautiful with all the orchids and flowers in bloom. And the food was really nice.

Cons:

Stayed 3 night in one of their most expensive room which was fine but the water ho water for the showerwas not warm enough and very low pressure. My business matters got delay and had to extend my stay dor one more night , I got transferred to another room.But there the hot shower was not working at all and reception could not resolve the issue. I do not recommend this hotel at all for international travellers who are used to a high standard of service and hotel facilities.Hot shower not working in a hotel is not acceptable at all and attitude of the staff was terrible too,not even an apology offered.

Comfortable, countryside like setting close to a big, beautiful city center.
Pros:

Great location, near Seaworld subway station (10 minute walk), but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Loved that it was just 2 stories tall, and had gardens everywhere. Food was also very good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Toilet in room had problems, and by the end of the night stopped working at all. Hope this hotel can get its plumbing fixed soon.
