Fantastic chalet, amazing food, lovely friendly staff and a superb location right on the slopes!
Pros:

food in restaurant was amazing! Rooms very comfortable with views over the valley. Doorstep skiing was an added bonus and avoided busy buses and standing around at bus stops. Staff were really friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Not an issue, but breakfast could have a bit more variety perhaps - prepared fruit would have been a nice addition

Lovely place, great staff, food and drinks quite expensive
Pros:

The hotel was really lovely. The staff were super helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good. Its only a short walk to the town and ideal for people looking for ski in/ ski out.

Cons:

I thought the breakfast was included as the summary was a bit confusing when I booked. The breakfast was nice but not worth the 18 euros per person as it was mainly bread and pastries.

Fantastic place for a ski weekend trip
Pros:

Lovely place, friendly staff who were helpful and attentive. Comfortable bed and good shower. Great location right next to the piste. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Bar relaxing and pleasant.

Petit moment suspendu sur les pistes
Pros:

Nous n avons jamais autant aimé un moment à la montagne, nous sommes tombé amoureux du lieu. Tout était parfait, le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres sont belles et bien équipées. Petit point super positif: la possibilité de réserver le sauna par 30min ( il est dehors avec une superbe vue panoramique sur la station!)
Nous allons y retourner au plus vite!

Fabulous quality place to stay, really made our holiday

Great ski in, ski out location. Lovely, helpful staff who couldn’t have done more to welcome us. Amazing food, drinks and service. Wonderful and inspiring wine list.

Perfect little hideaway with beautiful views.
Pros:

A beautiful boutique hotel nestled in the alps. Ski in/ out access was such a treat and the sauna after a day of snowboarding was a wonderful touch.
The food was amazing, Stefan and Annouk have a done a wonderful job creating an incredible place. All the staff were warm and friendly.

It was all good.

Hôtel très cosy où on se sent bien en arrivant.
La beauté du paysage, le confort de la chambre, les plats savoureux du restaurant, le sauna, tout y était pour rendre notre séjour idyllique.
L’accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité des hôtes, notamment du patron, ont grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.
La Clusaz très belle et les randonnées environnantes magnifiques !

Superbe week-end dans un lieu idyllique, chaleureux , décompression totale, endroit fabuleux !
Pros:

La qualité de la prestation, l'accueil du personnel et du gérant t au TOP!!! le repas du soir ,Excellent, la raclette était fabuleuse et authentique , nous avons adoré! Le cadre est splendide et chaleureux , idem pour la vue qui est a couper le souffle, tout est parfait! Nous conseillons a 1000% , hâte d'y retourner!
